Ecommeleon ist sehr leistungsstark. Wir sind mit dem Datenanbindung an die unterschiedlichen Marktplätze sehr zufrieden. Preis-/Leistung ist top!

What did you not like?

Das Team ist aktuell noch etwas kleiner. Es wäre schön, wenn das Team perspektivisch größer werden würde, um bei Urlaub und Krankheit ähnlich schnell reagieren zu können.

eCommeleon ist ein Startup das super dynamisch und agil unterwegs ist. Unsere Ansprechpartner sind immer ansprechbar und die Kommunikation ist in jegliche Richtungen ideal. eCommeleon hilft uns enorm dabei, neue Partner in angemessener Zeit auf die Plattform zu bringen und findet für fast jedes Problem eine schnelle Lösung oder Workaround.

What did you not like?

eCommeleon ist immer noch ein Startup das hat vor allem viele Vorteile bringt aber auf anderer Seite auch ein gewisses Risiko mit sich, leider lassen sich aus diesem Grund nicht alle Partner von eCommeleon überzeugen, da viele weiterhin auf die großen bekannten Mitspieler setzen.

Vollständiges Onboarding neuer Partner, dies ist gerade für Partner die noch nicht viel Erfahrung haben oder Kapazität Probleme haben sehr zu empfehlen, da eCommeleon sich wirklich um alles kümmert und Jesse & Eduard wirkliche Experten auf ihrem Fachgebiet sind

What did you like?

Easy integration for almost all relevant marketplaces, close to no technicalitys, onboarding is done by eCommeleon, the cherry on top is the great support team.

What did you not like?

They seem to be very busy at the moment, might take some time to get a running integration/appointment.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Connection to several marketplaces and easy integration of new marketplaces I couldn't serve in the past. Close to no problems with product titles/names.
