What did you like?

I can see my colleagues and available meeting spaces directly in Microsoft Teams, book from there, have everything reflected on my calendar, and that's pretty much it, I don't even need to use their app.

What did you not like?

The images people on the floor plan are very small, making it hard to spot who is who. The "my team" function is helpful, but there should be an easier way to get an overview on anyone in a certain area.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It saves time coordinating office attendance and booking meeting rooms. Also they release new features rather often, which is a big plus.

What did you like?

Their support team is amazing, always quick in getting back to us and solve any problem we might have. The product is very powerful, in fact it does more than what we use it for, and we're happy with our choice of going with Archie.

What did you not like?

There are a couple of integrations on my wish list that would be awesome if they were supported natively.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Definitely helps keeping things organized at our workspaces and the fact that they support notifications and emails to anyone in the building is a huge plus, and something I have not seen done this way elsewhere.

What did you like?

Mit Archie kann ich ganz einfach sehen, wo meine Kollegen sitzen, ihren gebuchten Platz finden und direkt einen Schreibtisch in ihrer Nähe reservieren. Besonders praktisch ist die visuelle gebäudeplan, ich sehe nicht nur freie und belegte Schreibtische, sondern auch, wer wo sitzt und welche Meetingräume reserviert sind.

What did you not like?

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich eigene Gruppen mit bestimmten Kollegen erstellen und ihre Verfügbarkeiten automatisch einsehen kann. Diese Funktion gibt es zwar für ganze Abteilungen, aber eine individuelle Anpassung wäre noch besser

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Das Büro wirkt jetzt deutlich strukturierter – es gibt keine doppelten Buchungen, und die Abstimmung zwischen Teams läuft viel reibungsloser. Auch die Entscheidung, ob Meetings online oder vor Ort stattfinden, fällt dadurch leichter.

What did you like?

Archie really cover everything from community features to membership plans and billing, and maintaining the system is exceptionally easy.

What did you not like?

The onboarding phase takes longer than I expected, their team is always helpful but you really need to spend some time thinking about the ideal setup and the processes you want to have in place.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It helps with running a more organized workspace, but really it covers most aspects of our coworking space, including things like meeting rooms or scheduled visits.

What did you like?

What stands out for me is how easy to use Archie is. Previously we had to hack together different workflows and never managed to have a simple setup, but now everything works as it's supposed to.

What did you not like?

There are minor things like the inability to download all invoices in one go as well as room for improvement on the reporting and analytics front.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It integrates well with different aspects of our coworking space and we use it for anything from visitor management to memberships, room reservations and more.

What did you like?

Was ich an Archie besonders schätze, ist die Möglichkeit, Besucher im Voraus zu registrieren. Wenn sie ankommen, müssen sie nur einen QR-Code scannen, um einzuchecken, und erhalten automatisch alle wichtigen Infos zu ihrem Besuch. Für nicht registrierte Gäste gibt es ein einfaches Anmeldeformular, das ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert.

What did you not like?

Bisher habe ich keine wirklichen Probleme festgestellt. Persönlich würde ich mir allerdings noch mehr Automatisierungen bei den Benachrichtigungen wünschen.

Es spart unserem Team Zeit, da wir den Besucherprozess deutlich vereinfachen konnten. Dank der Benachrichtigungen von Archie wissen wir sofort, wenn ein Gast eingetroffen ist.

What did you like?

Am meisten schätze ich die Flexibilität, die Archie beim Desk-Booking bietet. Unser Team kann die mobile App, die Web-App oder sogar die Integration in Microsoft Teams nutzen – das macht die Nutzung richtig unkompliziert. Zusätzlich nutzen wir Archie für das Besucher-Management – Gäste checken sich ein, und der Gastgeber wird direkt benachrichtigt.

What did you not like?

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich die Reihenfolge der Menüpunkte im Admin-Dashboard selbst anpassen könnte, damit meine wichtigsten Module ganz oben stehen. Ich weiß nicht, ob das überhaupt ein anderer Anbieter hat, aber es würde mir definitiv ein paar Klicks am Tag sparen.

Dank Archie können wir viel besser planen, wer wann im Büro ist, und die verfügbaren Arbeitsplätze optimal nutzen. Die Analysefunktionen könnten noch detaillierter sein, aber selbst jetzt sind sie schon eine große Hilfe, um den Überblick über unsere Büroorganisation zu behalten.

What did you like?

The app offers a simple but nice visual version of our office floors, where you can see where meeting rooms are placed, where different coworkers are sitting and book a space from there. You can also set "zones" for specific deparments which is a great feature. The app works well across different platforms and we integrated it into Microsoft Teams.

What did you not like?

There a few features on my wish list, the main one is to have a customizable starting screen for users on both web and mobile app showing upcoming booking and team schedules all in one place.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Reserving desks, meeting rooms or phone booths is very fast and straightforward, and it definitely makes it easier to manage my schedule.

What did you like?

Archie erleichtert mir den Arbeitsalltag in einem Coworking-Space enorm. Ich liebe es, dass ich schnell freie Schreibtische finde, unkompliziert Meetingräume buchen kann und immer einen Überblick über geplante Events habe.

What did you not like?

Es wäre noch zeitsparender, wenn meine bevorstehende Buchung direkt beim Start der App auf dem Hauptbildschirm angezeigt würde.

Als Nutzer finde ich es großartig, alles, was ich für die Interaktion mit meinem Coworking-Space brauche, in einer einzigen App zu haben. Besonders praktisch ist auch, dass man Räume direkt an den Bildschirmen vor den Meetingräumen buchen kann.

What did you like?

Booking a desk next to my colleagues is easy, and that's what I use Archie for the most, along with checking who else is at the office.

What did you not like?

More interactive tutorials, videos and onboarding material for first time users would be nice, especially on the web app.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It makes it easier to choose when to work from the office and have my schedule visible to the rest of the team. Notifications whenever a visitor arrives are pretty neat as well.

What did you like?

Our office building uses Archie to manage meeting rooms and office visits, and it works really well. I can do everything from the mobile app, including seeing who is at the office on a certain day or check-in at my desk.

What did you not like?

The app is really fast, but having the first screen showing my upcoming reservations right away would save me some time.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

No more checking Google Calendar to find meeting rooms available, no more communicating my schedule to my team (since they can see it in the app) and generally very helpful in keeping things organized at the office.

What did you like?

With Archie we can access a virtual view of the office, see where people booked a workstation, and reserve desks and rooms that way. We also get notifications when visitors check-in at the reception kiosk.

What did you not like?

Their solution is really good but not perfect, I miss an easier way to look up my colleagues schedule, and in general there should be more functionalities about schedule planning.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Time saving is a big factor, both by not waiting around for visitors to show up, but also by not having to communicate office days as everything can be access through the app.

What did you like?

Easy to register visitors, see who is onsite at any moment, and manage other areas of the workspace, like meeting rooms and phone booths.

What did you not like?

I would enjoy more customization options when it comes to analytics and reports, it's not bad now but there is room for improvement.

Archie improved the way we manage access to our office space and how we deal with meeting room bookings.

What did you like?

I get notifications when visitors arrive, I can see desks and meeting room availability in real time, and I can even see when my coworkers are planning on being at the office, which is great.

What did you not like?

They should offer an easier way to look up my team's schedule, right now it takes a few extra steps to do that.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

The main benefit is saving time otherwise spent organizing my schedule, and that of my colleagues. I think Archie works really well both for office visits and for general managmenet of the workspace.
