What did you like?
In the relatively short period of time I've used Archie I've seen nice updates to the mobile app and booking features in general. The booking flow is very easy and canceling or rescheduling is pretty easy as well.
What did you not like?
On web it's not the most attractive interface imo (mobile much better). The calendar view is not the best either although it's not something I personally use much anyway.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
For booking conference rooms and desks. It helps keeping schedules organized and making sure everyone knows where to sit at the office and when to come in.

What did you like?
The visitor check-in is smooth. Guests just sign in on the iPad at the entrance and the person they’re visiting gets a message right away.
What did you not like?
Not sure how well it works if you have large groups of visitors coming in all at once, for example for events.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Before Archie, we didn't have a dedicated visitor system, so things were different. The main benefit I think is a lot of time saved.

What did you like?
Easy to use, it can handle a lot of different booking methods, including QR codes both for rooms and for desks. The mobile app is great.
What did you not like?
Previous plans combined desk booking and visitor management, now those two products are sold separately and are a bit more expensive as well.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Making sure everyone can easily decide when to work from the office and having a workstation reserved. Beyond that, keeping other spaces organized (eg: meeting rooms, private pods...)

What did you like?
It's very easy to register a new visit, and guests never have issues understanding what to do. Notifications to hosts work as they should via email and Teams. The UI is pretty standard but very easy to follow both for visitors on the tablet and administrators on web. All in all, I think Archie is a solid solution!
What did you not like?
SMS was not supported when we first started using it, some integrations like Teams were also more limited. So it took some time to get to where the product is at today. On the visitor interface there are things you cannot customize, like buttons or certain text fields, which is a minus.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
The entire process or registering and signing visitors in is a lot more automated with Archie. It's also helpful to easily see planned visits for the day in a single view. The experience is overally really good and with a few improvements like more customization options this system would be top notch.

What did you like?
Booking a desk only takes a few clicks and the mobile app is quick and straightforward. I like that I can easily find a spot close to my team or in a certain area I prefer. The tablet we use for visitor check-in looks nice and it shows our logo and colors. The support team is quick to respond via chat or email when we have questions.
What did you not like?
I’d love a quicker way to set and reuse favorite desk or room locations without having to repeat the steps each time. Basically an alternative to recurring bookings where the systems suggests the reservation, but won't be booked until you do so.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It helps us plan who’s coming in and when, which desks are available, and how our office works. It’s also simplified visitor check-ins so we get an email when someone arrives instead of being told by our office manager.

What did you like?
With Archie we managed to set up specific zones in the office for different teams, so that certain desks can only be booked by certain departments. Also the ability to assign desks permanently to some employees is useful since not everyone is on a hybrid schedule.
What did you not like?
It would be helpful if there were more options to customize the main dashboard to better fit our specific needs. Also the original setting up of the workspace took some time since there are lots of configurations and small detailes to look at, but once done it's been running super smooth.

1) it ensures that our office space is used efficiently, for example with the no-show protection feature
2) It reduces confusion about desk availability since users can see what's available in real-time or book in advance 3) less work for our front desk staff as when visitors arrive the person waiting for them is notified automatically

What did you like?
It's easy to see which desks are available or taken and book one quickly. I also like that I can set up recurring bookings for days I always go in and see when the rest of my team is working from the office.
What did you not like?
If I forget to check-in my reservation gets cancelled, not for desks but for meeting rooms yes, which is annoying.

We use Archie to keep track of who’s coming in each day and to make sure there is space for everyone on any given day. I think it also helps with aligning our schedules, since you can see who will work and in which area on a specific day.

I had a really good experience with their team, they are always ready to help via chat or recording short videos to show us how to do specific things within the platform.
What did you not like?
Initially we had to deal with a few bugs in the visitor app, but lukily they were fixed relatively quickly.

What did you like?
I can see my colleagues and available meeting spaces directly in Microsoft Teams, book from there, have everything reflected on my calendar, and that's pretty much it, I don't even need to use their app.
What did you not like?
The images people on the floor plan are very small, making it hard to spot who is who. The "my team" function is helpful, but there should be an easier way to get an overview on anyone in a certain area.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It saves time coordinating office attendance and booking meeting rooms. Also they release new features rather often, which is a big plus.

What did you like?
Their support team is amazing, always quick in getting back to us and solve any problem we might have. The product is very powerful, in fact it does more than what we use it for, and we're happy with our choice of going with Archie.
What did you not like?
There are a couple of integrations on my wish list that would be awesome if they were supported natively.

Definitely helps keeping things organized at our workspaces and the fact that they support notifications and emails to anyone in the building is a huge plus, and something I have not seen done this way elsewhere.

Mit Archie kann ich ganz einfach sehen, wo meine Kollegen sitzen, ihren gebuchten Platz finden und direkt einen Schreibtisch in ihrer Nähe reservieren. Besonders praktisch ist die visuelle gebäudeplan, ich sehe nicht nur freie und belegte Schreibtische, sondern auch, wer wo sitzt und welche Meetingräume reserviert sind.

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich eigene Gruppen mit bestimmten Kollegen erstellen und ihre Verfügbarkeiten automatisch einsehen kann. Diese Funktion gibt es zwar für ganze Abteilungen, aber eine individuelle Anpassung wäre noch besser

What did you like?
Archie really cover everything from community features to membership plans and billing, and maintaining the system is exceptionally easy.
What did you not like?
The onboarding phase takes longer than I expected, their team is always helpful but you really need to spend some time thinking about the ideal setup and the processes you want to have in place.

What did you like?
What stands out for me is how easy to use Archie is. Previously we had to hack together different workflows and never managed to have a simple setup, but now everything works as it's supposed to.
What did you not like?
There are minor things like the inability to download all invoices in one go as well as room for improvement on the reporting and analytics front.

Was ich an Archie besonders schätze, ist die Möglichkeit, Besucher im Voraus zu registrieren. Wenn sie ankommen, müssen sie nur einen QR-Code scannen, um einzuchecken, und erhalten automatisch alle wichtigen Infos zu ihrem Besuch. Für nicht registrierte Gäste gibt es ein einfaches Anmeldeformular, das ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert.

Bisher habe ich keine wirklichen Probleme festgestellt. Persönlich würde ich mir allerdings noch mehr Automatisierungen bei den Benachrichtigungen wünschen.

What did you not like?
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich die Reihenfolge der Menüpunkte im Admin-Dashboard selbst anpassen könnte, damit meine wichtigsten Module ganz oben stehen. Ich weiß nicht, ob das überhaupt ein anderer Anbieter hat, aber es würde mir definitiv ein paar Klicks am Tag sparen.

What did you like?
The app offers a simple but nice visual version of our office floors, where you can see where meeting rooms are placed, where different coworkers are sitting and book a space from there. You can also set "zones" for specific deparments which is a great feature. The app works well across different platforms and we integrated it into Microsoft Teams.
What did you not like?
There a few features on my wish list, the main one is to have a customizable starting screen for users on both web and mobile app showing upcoming booking and team schedules all in one place.

Booking a desk next to my colleagues is easy, and that's what I use Archie for the most, along with checking who else is at the office.
What did you not like?
More interactive tutorials, videos and onboarding material for first time users would be nice, especially on the web app.

Our office building uses Archie to manage meeting rooms and office visits, and it works really well. I can do everything from the mobile app, including seeing who is at the office on a certain day or check-in at my desk.
What did you not like?
The app is really fast, but having the first screen showing my upcoming reservations right away would save me some time.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
No more checking Google Calendar to find meeting rooms available, no more communicating my schedule to my team (since they can see it in the app) and generally very helpful in keeping things organized at the office.

With Archie we can access a virtual view of the office, see where people booked a workstation, and reserve desks and rooms that way. We also get notifications when visitors check-in at the reception kiosk.
What did you not like?
Their solution is really good but not perfect, I miss an easier way to look up my colleagues schedule, and in general there should be more functionalities about schedule planning.

Time saving is a big factor, both by not waiting around for visitors to show up, but also by not having to communicate office days as everything can be access through the app.
