What did you like?
Direct contact to a project manager. Fast and very sound feedback on our app. Tool is very nice and could be connected with our Jira. We got really a lot of interesting insights from actual frequent flyers from our company. This helped us quite a bit to get top-management buyin for the development of a new feature for our app.
What did you not like?
None. The pricing model is a bit hard to understand at first. Was hard for our mgt. to accept the feedback of our clients ;)
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Testing the functionality of our mobile app and gathering feedback on the user experience. We use it to have a kind of hit-it-all testing before and briefly after we push our app into the app store. We also supplement it with some automated testing and also on the user experience side with face-to-face interviews.
