What did you like?

Am besten gefällt mir der sehr schnelle und kompetente Kundensupport. Nach Absenden der Daten wird alles nochmal sorgfältig geprüft, dass beim Druck nichts schief geht. Dementsprechend gut ist auch die Druckqualität.

What did you not like?

Das Tool ist nicht selbsterklärend. Es gibt zwar viele Hilfreiche Dokumente aber ohne kompetente Ansprechpartner wären wir nicht weit gekommen.

Schneller und zuverlässiger Versand von Post-Kampagnen. Mit eesi können wir auch kurzfristig Aktionen umsetzen und erreichen den Kunden noch zum passenden Zeitpunkt

What did you like?

eesii hat vor allem ein sehr benutzerfreundliches Frontend und ist einfach in das CRM-Tool zu integrieren. Außerdem ist der Prozess zur Umsetzung von Printmailings sehr viel einfacher und schneller, als manuell.

What did you not like?

Es fehlen zum Teil noch hilfreiche Funktionen im Tool, doch das Team ist sehr offen neue, relevante Funktionen schnell umzusetzen.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Sowohl den manuelle, wie auch den automatisierten Versand von Printmailings setzen wir über eesii um. Es ist sehr viel einfacher, da alle Prozesse (von der Planung über die Freigabe bis zum Versand) an nur einer Schnittstelle bzw. in einem Tool gebündelt werden.
