What did you like?

Ada is super intuitive to use. I find the voice recording feature particularly helpful, as it makes explaining the process to the tool easy. The creation of automations happens within minutes. It is especially good that automaited does not charge fees per user or created automation. As a result, more and more colleagues are using the tool, significantly increasing our overall productivity.

What did you not like?

For some use cases, the tool required manual support, but the automaited team always responds promptly and resolves issues quickly.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We use Ada for various team-specific customer success processes. It increases efficiency and creates time for high-quality work.

What did you like?

Finally, a tool for which we do not need internal developer capacities. We have used many automation tools, all of which require specific know-how. With Ada from automaited, anyone can create automations without any prior knowledge. It is liberating to have a tool that is so user-friendly and does not require technical expertise

What did you not like?

Automaited is mainly suitable for processes with web-based applications. Native (installed) programs can also be implemented, but it means a longer lead time.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We use Ada for processing customer service tickets. It saves our team a lot of time and significantly improves process quality.

What did you like?

Die Bedienung von Ada ist wirklich einfach und intuitiv. Kein kompliziertes Studio wie bei vielen anderen Tools, sondern einfache Eingabe per Sprache oder Chat. So kann man die Prozessschritte ganz simpel erklären. Der Assistent stellt anhand der initialen Eingabe selbständig Rückfragen, um Lücken zu füllen. Ada konnte mit all unseren Applikationen interagieren, es scheint hier kaum Limits zu geben.

An ein paar Stellen brauchte es Support vom automaited-Team. Das hat aber gut und schnell funktioniert.

Wir verwenden Ada bei Prozessen rund um unser Auftragsmanagement. Wir sind damit viel effizienter und konnten sogar externe Ressourcen einsparen.
