The Genow team that has been working with us has been very communicative, helpful, and quick to respond to any situation that comes up. As we are based in the Central U.S., there is a significant time difference between our groups, yet that has not inhibited the responsiveness of the team and the communication between our groups. If we ever have questions about how to use the product, want to see what's new, or something is not going as expected, the team is very quick to respond to issues. The customer service is unparalleled.

We have not had any bad experiences with Genow. The only thing that could possibly be a hinderance is the time difference, but as I mentioned above, they are available a reasonable number of our business hours, and we accept that we may be about half a day delayed in any changes that take place. It is sometimes inconvenient that updates that run overnight local to Genow can happen during our business hours, but outages are usually brief and we are back online within a few minutes.

Genow has made it possible for even our newest associates to have access to all the information in our SharePoints in moments. They have cut down the learning curve for new hires in a way that has never been possible on our team before, and that helps us give better answers right off the bat. The system they created for us can retrieve information very quickly, and helps our support staff on calls they are on where they get asked a question they are unsure about. By accurately citing the source of its answers, we also know where our data needs to be updated, which makes for better information across the team.
