The best thing about it is how much the Customer Support has improved. They don't just leave you to figure things out on your own; they actually take the time to walk you through new updates and make sure everything is running smoothly. They are super flexible whenever I have a random question, and they really stay on top of all the latest regulations. The platform is really intuitive and easy to navigate, which is a huge plus. Also, the speed is amazing—getting A1s and other certificates sorted across different countries is much faster than it used to be. I also love that they’re constantly updating the tool to include even more countries. I have to give a huge shout-out to Fabiana. She is a star! Whenever I’m stuck, she clears up my doubts in no time and make time for a meeting!
