4 out of 5 of our automation campaigns stopped running silently for 6 months with zero error notification or alert from the system. We only discovered this by accident. When we reported it, BusinessChat.io refused any form of compensation for the lost period, and refused our request to escalate the issue to a higher support tier or management. There is no reliable monitoring or alerting system to notify users when a campaign fails or stops — which is a critical flaw for any automation platform.

In theory, this is exactly the benefit such a platform should provide. In practice, our experience was the opposite: 4 of our 5 automation campaigns silently stopped for 6 months without any alert. Instead of saving time, we lost half a year of customer touchpoints we believed were happening, with real business impact — missed follow-ups, lost engagement, and potential lost revenue. When raised, compensation and escalation were both refused.
