Ein großer Mehrwert im täglichen Betrieb ist die KI-gestützte Verschlagwortung von Bildern. Dadurch werden Fotos automatisch kategorisiert und sind für unser Marketing- und Social-Media-Team deutlich schneller auffindbar. Auch das DSGVO-Modul unterstützt uns dabei, Einwilligungen von Mitgliedern und Teilnehmern rechtssicher zu dokumentieren und Bildrechte transparent zu verwalten. Darüber hinaus erleichtert die direkte Anbindung an unsere Website die Veröffentlichung aktueller Inhalte erheblich. Videos können ohne zusätzliche Arbeitsschritte gestreamt und bereitgestellt werden, wodurch unsere digitalen Kommunikationsprozesse deutlich effizienter geworden sind.

Aktuell gibt es keine konkreten Verbesserungswünsche. Wir sammeln derzeit Erfahrungen.

Mediaflow dient bei uns als zentrale Plattform für die Verwaltung aller Bilder und Videos aus dem Studioalltag. Dazu gehören Aufnahmen von den Studios selbst, von Kursen, Geräten, Events, Mitgliederaktionen, Trainerporträts sowie Inhalte für Marketing und Social Media. Dabei unterstützen uns die im System hinterlegten Social-Media-Bildabmessungen und das Beschnitt-Tool erheblich. Auch all unsere Marken-relevanten Dateien verwalten wir in Mediaflow. Durch die zentrale Bereitstellung haben unsere Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Studio-Teams jederzeit Zugriff auf aktuelle und freigegebene Medien. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die einfache und gelernte Bedienmethodik über eine virtuelle Ordner-Struktur sowie die Möglichkeit, projektübergreifend mit verschiedenen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten. Die KI-Suche ermöglicht es uns, Bilder zu finden, die ohne jegliche Metadaten im System gespeichert wurden. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass wir standortunabhängig, also auch mobil auf den Baustellen arbeiten können, da die Software in der Cloud läuft und über einen Standard-Webbrowser bedient wird.

Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir in einigen Bereichen, die aus unserer Sicht als sinnvolle Weiterentwicklungen betrachtet werden können. Eine direktere Anbindung an gängige Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Procore oder Bauzeitenpläne) würde die Integration in bestehende Arbeitsprozesse weiter verbessern. Die automatisierte Schlagwortvergabe durch die Künstliche Intelligenz funktioniert zwar, liefert aber hinsichtlich der Genauigkeit in unserer Themenwelt zu wenig nutzbaren Wert. Die Trefferquote ist bisher einfach zu gering, die KI- Komponente ersetzt bei uns also derzeit noch nicht das manuelle Verschlagworten. Weiterhin könnten wir uns eine einfache Funktion zur Bildoptimierung sehr gut vorstellen.

Die Medaflow DAM Software hat sich in unserem Unternehmen als äußerst hilfreiches Tool für die strukturierte Baudokumentation sowie die Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Exposés zu unseren Referenzprojekten bewährt. Durch die zentrale Verwaltung und die KI-unterstützte Verschlagwortung von Bildern und Videos lassen sich relevante Inhalte schnell auffinden, was insbesondere bei der Nachverfolgung von Baufortschritten und der Archivierung projektbezogener Informationen entscheidend ist. Die Schnittstellen zu den gängigen Office-Programmen ermöglicht uns eine nahtlose Übergabe von Dateien in Dritt-Applikationen. Die Erstellung hochwertiger Exposés mit konsistenter visueller Qualität gelingt auch grafischen Laien durch im System hinterlegte Templates. Insgesamt ermöglicht uns Medaflow eine deutliche Zeitersparnis und schafft Transparenz sowie Wiederverwendbarkeit in der Dokumentation und Präsentation unserer Projekte.

It is easy to use, both in the backend and the frontend, allowing both experienced and inexperienced users to quickly find their way around the system. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, and the entire process of organizing, storing, and sharing media feels streamlined and well structured. I have a single point of contact who has been very helpful. The support has been professional, fast, and kind. There are also many additional support resources and channels that I have started to use.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment. Everything has worked well so far. It’s more a matter of us starting to utilise more of the available functions and making better use of the features the system already offers.

It is easy to upload new images or videos with the correct metadata, keywords, and GDPR rights. The portal also offers employees an easy-to-navigate interface where they can download media and images directly in the right format. Currently, we mainly use Mediaflow for images and videos. However, we are about to integrate the system with Office, so that the whole organization can access images directly in Word documents and PowerPoint presentations. I have tested the function, and it seems very easy to use. I think it will be a great help and make our workflows even more efficient. We have also decided to add the Video Manager application, which includes functions such as transcription and multilingual subtitles, and we will integrate it with Clipsk. We think this will make our video work more efficient, smoother, and less time-consuming in our daily workflows.

Für uns waren vor allem die unkomplizierte Einführung und die intuitive Nutzung entscheidend. Das System ließ sich sehr schnell produktiv einsetzen, ohne lange Schulungen oder komplexe Implementierungsphasen. Gleichzeitig ist die Preisstruktur nachvollziehbar, weil wir nur die Module buchen, die wir tatsächlich benötigen, und das System bei Bedarf später erweitern können. Ein großer Mehrwert im Alltag ist die integrierte KI-Unterstützung beim Verschlagworten von Bildern. Das automatische Tagging nimmt unserem Team viel manuelle Arbeit ab und sorgt dafür, dass Medien deutlich schneller auffindbar sind. Auch das DSGVO-Modul ist für uns ein wichtiger Bestandteil geworden, weil sich damit Einwilligungen von abgebildeten Personen sauber doumentieren und Bildrechte strukturiert verwalten lassen. Für unser Online-Team war außerdem das WordPress-Plugin ein echter Gewinn. Dadurch können Assets direkt aus dem System in unsere Website eingebunden werden, ohne Dateien manuell herunterladen und wieder hochladen zu müssen.

Aktuell gibt es keine größeren Punkte, die uns im täglichen Einsatz stören. Wir stehen aber grad am Anfang der Nutzung.

Dadurch haben alle Beteiligten schnellen Zugriff auf aktuelles Bildmaterial, was Abstimmungen erleichtert und Wissen langfristig besser verfügbar macht.

Am meisten überzeugt mich, dass Mediaflow bei uns als zentraler „Single Source of Truth“ funktioniert: Freigegebene Assets sind schnell auffindbar und alle Teams arbeiten verlässlich mit der aktuellen Version. Das interne Teilen und Freigeben ist sehr unkompliziert z. B. über Ordner, Collections oder Links – wodurch deutlich weniger Abstimmungsschleifen per E‑Mail oder Chat entstehen. Ein echtes Plus ist auch die KI‑gestützte Suche: Gerade bei großen Bildbeständen findet man Motive und Inhalte deutlich schneller, auch wenn man nicht mehr genau weiß, wie die Datei heißt oder wo sie abgelegt wurde. Und weil wir ein großes Unternehmen sind, ist die Rechte- und Zugriffssteuerung für uns super wichtig: Es ist klar geregelt, wer Inhalte sehen und herunterladen darf. Auch die Einarbeitung ging insgesamt einfach und zügig.

Mehr Reporting wäre hilfreich, etwa Auswertungen zur Nutzung von Assets nach Nutzergruppen.

Mediaflow löst für uns vor allem das Problem, dass es früher keinen zentralen Ort gab, um Content im Unternehmen einheitlich, schnell und kontrolliert zu teilen. Zuvor war die Verteilung deutlich umständlicher und oft mit Rückfragen oder Versions-Themen verbunden. Heute haben wir eine zentrale Plattform, in der Inhalte schnell auffindbar, sauber freigegeben und über klare Rechte verfügbar sind, dadurch läuft die interne Bereitstellung effizienter und konsistenter.

Zentrale, sichere, schnelle Ablage von Medien in der Cloud ersetzt das Speichern auf externen oder internen Festplatten. Einfache, KI-gestützte Suche nach geeigneten Medien. Freigabe von Medien an Dritte schnell und einfach. Vorgegebene Downloadformate und flexible Freigabe-Optionen erhöhen effiziente Nutzung. Einfache Steuerung der Redakteurshierarchie durch Rechtvergabe. Größtenteils intuitive Benutzeroberfläche ermöglicht schnelles Einarbeiten.

Ein Upload-Feature für Externe wäre hilfreich. Beispielhafter Anwendungsfall Stadtmarketing: Kunden werden aufgefordert, die schönsten Fotos vom Weihnachtsmarkt hochzuladen ("Schick uns Dein Fotos und gewinne ..."). Derzeit ist nach Freigabe eines Ordners der Ordnerinhalt für andere Dritte sichtbar (also jeder sieht auch die Foto der anderen); besser wäre, man sieht die Fotos der bereits hochgeladenen Motive nicht. Und: KI-Filter bei Upload wäre hilfreich, damit keine unerwünschten/unerlaubten Inhalte (Hass, Porno etc.) hochgeladen werden können, also eine Art KI-Gate-Keeper für den Upload.

Zusammenarbeit verschiedener EInheiten - hier zwischen Stadtverwaltung, Stadtmarketing, Wirtschaftförderung und Tourist-Info - wird zentriert und optimiert. Prozesse vereinfachen sich, werden schlanker. Die Qualität der Inhalte wird optimiert und verbessert. Neben interner Prozessoptimierung auch die Öffnung nach außen möglich: Das Portal wird Bürgern, Gruppen und Vereinen zugänglich und somit zu einer Art "öffentlichem Fotoalbum Deiner Stadt". Gutes interaktives Tool zum Beispiel für einen Stadtmarken-Prozess (place branding).

Mediaflow bietet alles was wir gesucht haben und noch viel mehr! Es ist benutzerfreundlich, intuitiv zu bedienen und hat eine übersichtliche Struktur. Dank den Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und der gegliederten Benutzerverwaltung ist es für Nutzende mit unterschiedlichen technischen Kenntnissen geeignet. Das Organisieren vieler Mediendateien gelingt dank guter Suchfunktion mit Metadaten und Keywords sowie der KI-Bilderkennung. Bildmaterial kann mit externen Stellen via Webshares unkompliziert geteilt werden und es ist auch möglich Upload-Links zu erstellen. Es ist skalierbar und bietet viele Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten durch zusätzliche Module. Die Schulung durch das Team und der Support sind top.

Besonders bei Ordner mit vielen Daten dauert die Anzeige der Assets ziemlich lange. Das hat sich jedoch schon verbessert.

Die zentrale Organisation unseres Foto- und Videoarchivs schafft Effizienz. Dank der Webshare-Funktion können wir das Bildmaterial auch unkompliziert mit externen Partner teilen und lokale Bildschaffende können ihr Material via Upload-Link direkt in unser Bildarchiv hochladen. Die Daten zu unserem Corporate Design sind ebenfalls auf Mediaflow und können so intern als auch extern zugänglich gemacht werden.

Besonders gut gefällt unserem Team, dass das System durch die Module so viele Funktionen abbilden kann, aber trotzdem so einfach zu bedienen ist. Darum konnten wir auch innerhalb weniger Tage nach der Bestellung produktiv mit Mediaflow arbeiten. Das skalierbare Pricing ist ebenfalls sehr positiv zu bewerten.

Momentan haben wir eingentlich keine Negativpunkte zu nennen. Perspektivisch würden wir uns neben den vorhandenen Modulen auch noch PIM-Funktionalitäten wünschen.

Wir ermöglichen dem ganzen Team unkompliziert auf die jeweils aktuellen Unterlagen zuzugreifen. Die Umrechnung von Dateien für Social Media ist auch eine wichtige Funktion, weil wir jetzt weniger teure Bildbearbeitungs-Lizenzen benötigen. Das Videostreaming ist super, weil es DSGVO-konform ist und alle Daten in einer Plattform liegen.

Uns haben drei Dinge überzeugt, die Software einzusetzen: die einfache Bedienung, die schnelle Inbetriebnahme und die überschaubare Kostenstruktur. Wir zahlen nur für die Funktionen, die wir wirklich benötigen, haben aber die Freiheit in Zukunft weitere Module hinzuzufügen. Das Basis-System deckt bereits viele Funktionen ab, die wir früher mit verschiedenen Programmen abbilden mussten. Die technische Unterstützung bei der Datenmigration aus einer bestehenden Ordner-Struktur hat und sehr geholfen, insbesondere dem Service-Team, die mittlerweile täglich auf das Portal zugreifen.

Momentan kommen wir mit dem Funktionsumfang gut zurecht, haben wir keine eigenen Anforderungen, die nicht erfüllt werden. Perspektivisch wünschen wir uns eine Anbindung an unser zukünftiges Typo3 basiertes CMS-System

Bereitstellung eines zentralen Bild- und Videoportals zur bildlichen Dokumentation von Aufbau-Umgebungen, Details und Besonderheiten unserer Wäscherei-Maschinen, bei Kunden-Projekten, für interne Zwecke, Vertriebspartner und unsere Außendienst-Service-Techniker.

Das System war innerhalb kurzer Zeit einsatzbereit – mit sehr geringem Schulungs- und Datenmigrationsaufwand. Trotz besserer Funktionalität und einem größeren Lizenzumfang sparen wir im Vergleich zu unserer vorherigen Lösung einiges an Lizenzkosten. Im Arbeitsalltag schätzen wir besonders die KI-gestützte Verschlagwortung: Fotos werden automatisch kategorisiert und sind für unsere Marketing- und Social-Media-Teams deutlich schneller auffindbar. Die Ablage neuer Daten funktioniert intuitiv per dras&drop, die Ablage-Struktur können wir jederzeit selbst an neue Bedürfnisse anpassen. Alle relevanten Meta-Informationen können den ausgewählten Dateien per Stapelverarbeitung hinzugefügt werden, so haben wir z.B. auch immer die Bildrechte transparent im Blick. Die direkten Schnittstellen zu den gängigen Kreativ-Programmen helfen uns bei der nahtlosen Übergabe und Zusammenarbeit, z.B. mit Photoshop, IndeSign oder Powerpoint.

Wir haben keine Verbesserungswünsche, wollen das System eventuell zukünftig um weitere Module erweitern.

Wir nutzen Mediaflow als zentrale Medienplattform in unserem Verlag. Besonders hilfreich sind die hinterlegten Ausgabeprofile für Print und Social Media sowie die Beschnitt-Werkzeuge. Da alle freigegebenen Medien zentral verfügbar sind, können unsere Teams jederzeit auf aktuelle Inhalte zugreifen und einfacher zusammenarbeiten. Unterstützt wir die Zusammenarbeit durch die Share-Funktion, mit der man per Link ausgewählte Daten teilen und anfordern kann. Das reduziert Such- und Abstimmungsaufwand und hilft uns, für Kampagnen, Website, Social Media und interne Kommunikation stets die richtigen Materialien zu verwenden. Überzeugt haben uns das gute Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, die unkomplizierte Einführung, die intuitive Bedienung und der technische Support. Unsere Kommunikationsprozesse im Bereich Digital Assets sind spürbar effizienter geworden.

We are very pleased with Mediaflow. It is easy to use and gives users a quick overview over our pictures and videos. The new AI-powered search is smart and intuitive. I would also highlight the excellent customer service. We have regular follow-up meetings and, just as importantly, receive prompt answers whenever we have questions. For us, GDPR compliance is an important part of a photo library. We feel that Mediaflow has made significant progress in this area and continues to make it more modern and user-friendly. That shows a provider that keeps up with developments and cares about the same things its customers do.

One area we have identified for improvement for Mediaflow is making it easier to collect consent at large events. And most importantly, we would like a feature that lets us create consent requests quickly and easily on a mobile phone.

It is a very intuitive system that you can quickly get into. The tool also contains many smart functions that streamline image and film management. If additional functions or improvements are needed, customer support is responsive and quick to come up with suggestions for solutions.

Not much really. Sometimes I discover small features that I'm missing, but they're usually fixed quickly.

I save an incredible amount of time by not having to search around for images and films on a local server. Through the search function in Mediaflow, I can easily find relevant material. It is also very easy to distribute films and images to colleagues and partners, which saves a lot of time.

225 / 5 000 I like the way folders can be set up with metadata that all images in the folder get. I like the automatic alt text and AI search, and look forward to the next generation of search. Setting up your own export templates is easy and very useful.

The AI-search is a good idea, but the production version is not the best. I know there is a new and smarter version in the pipelin worthwaiting for.The backend is unusable on iphone.

We consolidate our mediafiles in an easy to administrate and searchable app, and make use of the API to get a connection to our CMS and design-software.

The lack of integration for users of macOS-based computers makes the file management more time-consuming.

The possibility to export large quantities of photos with custom made metadata register is a specific need for us as a company. This kind of niche case is valuable!

The best feature is that we can mount images directly from Mediaflow to our website, which saves a lot of time. Along with the feature to set Mediaflow image as Open graph image for sharing on social media, it's unbeatable! In addition, Mediaflow has obvious advantages such as the ability to organize and label images that facilitate safe use according to GDPR.

There is a lot of functionality that I don't always have time to familiarize myself with, but on the other hand, we can choose which parts we want to use and don't have to delve into all the functionality.

An effective and reliable system for our organization to manage images, video, and handle live broadcasts. We can share images and work with permission-based access, and we’ve also integrated the system with Office, so we get the images directly into Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.

Since we received the integration with Microsoft Office, we don’t have many requests for further changes. We find that the provider is responsive when we highlight new needs or issues.

I am satisfied with most aspects of Mediaflow, but finding specific files can occasionally be challenging. When many editors work simultaneously, the folder structure can become a bit disorganized. However, these issues are minor and do not significantly affect our overall experience with the platform.

Mediaflow helps us manage large volumes of media files in a structured and efficient way. It also provides the tools we need to publish video content in an accessible and compliant format. Overall, it enables us to handle media production and distribution with far greater control and consistency.

The way they listen to their costumers and keeps coming back with updates. How they make it easy to handle images correctly. Integration with other platforms and programs.

In the longrun it might get expensive to store big videofiles there. Would like it to be as smooth on the field taking pictures and managing files on the go.

To let the organisation use images without worrying about if and how the can use them. Easy to find and share images and videos. Manage gdpr and to see the use of the images.

We started using MediaFlow about six months ago and are very pleased. Easy to share entire folders or individual images to people outside the organization (and it looks good!) and smooth connection to our CMS. Love that we now have all our agreements digitally and that our photographers can manage that for us. Bonus that the movie function also works so well. To meet the accessibility requirements, we have previously only used Youtube even if the intention was "only" to show internally or at specific events.

We would love if there was an easy way to separate the access to certain folders on our website based on their rights on the site. But that might be due to how our sites are built rather than a MediaFlow problem...

In unserem Unternehmen nutzen wir Mediaflow als zentrale Mediendatenbank, um Bilder einfach und effizient miteinander zu teilen. Ausserdem verwenden wir das Medienportal, um unseren externen Kunden einen übersichtlichen Zugang zu unseren verschiedenen Fotos zu ermöglichen.

Die Webfreigaben sind für unsere Kunden leider etwas unübersichtlich da es keine zusätzliche Such- oder Filterfunktion gibt.

Wir können alle auf 1 Bilddatenbank zugreifen und müssen nicht mühsam die Bilder hin und her schicken.

Unkompliziertes zu nutzendes Medienarchiv mit vielen Möglichkeiten, Assets zu verwalten, zu speichern und zu teilen. Intuitiv zu bedienen. Als cloudbasiertes System können viele Nutzer gleichzeitig damit arbeiten. Für Mitarbeiter einer Verwaltung, die tagtäglich z.B. Kontrollen vor Ort oder Ist-Zustände in der Fläche kontrollieren und mit Fotos/Videos zu dokumentieren haben, eine zeitsparende Lösung. Die Archivierung ermöglicht eine spätere Dokumentation und Auswertung. Die mögliche Grundverschlagwortung über eine KI spart Zeit und entspricht dem aktuellen technischen Stand. Die Ausspielung von Assets im Portal überzeugt in Videos mit KI-gestützten Übersetzungsmöglichkeiten durch lippensynchrone Übersetzung bei agierenden Personen in so ziemlich alle Sprachen. Dies unterstützt barrierearme/-freie Angebotsformen.

Eine Bearbeitungsmöglichkeit für die Assets wäre wünschenswert (z.B. Tools für die Fotobearbeitung)

Archivierung von Fotobeständen, Archivierung von Videobeständen, Bereitstellung von Fotosammlungen für Dienstleister; zeiteffektive Arbeit, effektive Recherche im gesamten Datenbestand; zeiteffektive Überführung von tagesaktuellen Fotos bzw. Videos von Ereignisort in das Archiv (so dass die Fotos/Videos beim vernetzten Arbeiten sofort von anderen Mitarbeitern genutzt werden können - faktisch in Echtzeit)

The system works well and makes it easy to manage and share our media assets. Whenever we encounter issues or have questions, the support team is responsive and helpful. It's also clear that Mediaflow is continuously improving the product, with regular updates and new features being added.

A few of the plugins we use feel outdated and not in line with the rest of the system's development. Additionally, the way files are archived could be more flexible — the current structure can feel a bit limiting at times.

Mediaflow helps us centralize and organize all our visual assets in one place, making it easy to find, manage, and share content both internally and externally.

Vorteil ist der modulare Aufbau des Gesamtsystems. Der Schwerpunkt liegt klar auf der Asset Verwaltung, andere Module wie Branding, DSGVO usw. können hinzugefügt werden. Die Datenmigration aus einem anderen namhaften System lief sehr professionell und unkompliziert ab, die Unterstützung war höchst professionell mit aktiven Hinweisen, Vorschlägen sowie einer reibungslosen Umsetzung. Bei komplexen Datenbeständen ist die Steuerung über separate Portale, die auf jeweilige Benutzerklientel konfigurierbar sind, eine wertvolle Umsetzung.

Bei der Vorarbeit zur Migration wurden mehrere namhafte Anbieter verglichen. Hier schnitt Mediaflow am besten ab, weil der Fokus auf der Asset Verwaltung liegt. Schwachstelle bei allen getesteten Anbietern (auch Mediaflow) ist die automatisierte Schlagwortvergabe durch AI. Die Trefferquote ist einfach zu gering. Die AI Komponente ersetzt kein manuelles Verschlagworten.

Bereitstellung eines Mediendatenbestandes für einen Benutzerkreis mit speziellen Anforderungen durch Migration von einem jahrelang genutzten DAM System. Der Datenbestand ist Teil eines komplexen Bestands mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen. Durch Bereitstellung dieses Teils in einem separaten Portal ist es für die Anwender unkompliziert, weiterhin die gewünschten Medien zu finden. Es ist keine Umgewöhnung zu dem vorher verwendeten DAM Systems notwendig.

Einfache Verschlagwortung, unproblematischer Datenimport aus Altsystem, KI-Unterstützung bei Indexierung und Filterung, browserbasierte Applikation mit Adobe Anbindung, einfache Benutzerverwaltung

Bis jetzt ist alles in Ordnung. Weitere Anpassungswünsche unsererseits können wir Stück für Stück in Zusammenarbeit mit Mediaflow besprechen.

Ermöglichung der standortunabhängigen Asset Verwaltung. Die Suchfunktion innerhalb der Bilddatenbank arbeitet viel schneller als unsere vorherige nicht cloudbasierte Lösung mit einer anderen Anwendung. Die Suchfunktion spielt ein präzises Ergebnis aus und gefällt vor allem durch die KI-Integration.

Mediaflow is a simple tool that makes everyday life easier. Instructional videos and its light structure make it both clear and easy to succeed. The Play channel is easy to navigate and its design is user-friendly both for me who works with and our users who are looking for information.

It's easy to access our high quality photos and videos through Mediaflow. It's easy to search our files thanks to tools like tagging and search filter. It's easy to share files without the need of downlading and uploading them again somewhere; just use Mediaflow's "Web links" with settings like expire date and the purpose of sharing.

Rarely we need to access Mediaflow through a phone, but when we do the mobile UX-experience lacks a lot in terms of responsiveness and easy navigating.

We don't need to upload our files somewhere to share them; just choose the files and share directly. The plugin for Indesign is very useful for access to our files in Mediaflow directly. There's also a media portal that easily allows us to share visual merchendising and digital assets to our second hand shops around the county; just choose what files in Mediaflow they should access.

Easy to use, intuitive and flexible, it makes it easy and convenient to keep all our images organized and easy to share them with others.

Everything can always be improved and it is done regularly, but I only see advantages in using Mediaflow.

Keeping track of all files and versions. The ease of sharing with others. Downloading images in the right format directly. The benefits are many.
