What I like best about Foodiv is that it makes online ordering simple to manage. We can handle the menu, orders, pickup, delivery, and payments from one place. I also like that restaurants can take direct orders without paying commission on every order. The setup is straightforward, and the system is easy to use even if you are not very technical.

One thing I would like to see improved is more flexibility in some advanced customization options. The platform covers the main restaurant ordering needs well, but a few settings could be easier to adjust without support. That said, the support team is helpful whenever we need assistance.
