Customer service was the best part of my experience. I was helped by Mina, and she did an excellent job. She answered my questions quickly, was professional, friendly, and made the setup process much easier. The platform itself is easy to understand, but the support really stood out. So far, I am very satisfied with the assistance I received and have nothing negative to say about the customer service.

The software works well and offers many useful features, but the Professional plan is quite expensive for a small business that is just starting with affiliate marketing. One of my favorite features in UpPromote is the built-in chat function. It's incredibly fast, responsive, and makes communication with the support team seamless. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue, I receive helpful responses almost immediately, which saves me a lot of time. As an affiliate program administrator, having quick access to support is essential, and UpPromote consistently delivers. Beyond the chat feature, the platform is intuitive and easy to manage. It simplifies affiliate onboarding, commission tracking, coupon management, and marketing asset distribution, allowing me to focus on growing our program instead of dealing with administrative tasks.

One area where I think UpPromote could improve is the automatic commission payout feature. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to connect it successfully, so we have to process every commission payment manually. As our affiliate program continues to grow, this has become one of the most time-consuming administrative tasks. Each payment has to be reviewed, processed, and marked individually, which increases the workload and the chance of human error.

Today, not only did she answer all of my questions, but she also identified a technical issue on her own and escalated it to the development team for a fix. The support has been excellent.

UpPromote is very easy to use for managing a large affiliate program on a day-to-day basis. The marketplace brings a strong, steady flow of new partners without much extra effort on our side. Support is fast and genuinely helpful whenever we run into an issue. I've been using it for 3 years at Enjoy The Wood with a large number of partners and sales running through it.
