The biggest benefits we’ve realised are increased sales through affiliate referrals, improved relationships with creators and brand ambassadors, and significant time savings through automation. The platform has also given us better insight into which affiliates are driving the most value, allowing us to focus our marketing efforts more effectively.

What stands out most about UpPromote is how flexible the platform is. We had a fairly specific idea for our trade referral/affiliate programme, and it has given us the flexibility to configure it around how we actually want the programme to work rather than forcing us into a standard setup. The support has also been exceptional. Evans has been fantastic from the initial demo through to helping with configuration questions and understanding what we were trying to achieve. He has been knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. He even followed up to let me know when a feature we had previously discussed became available, which really impressed me. We haven't launched our programme publicly yet, so I can't comment on the impact on sales at this stage, but based on the setup experience so far I'm very confident UpPromote will be a valuable tool for us.

The main downside is probably that the sheer number of options and settings can feel a little overwhelming when you're setting up an affiliate or referral programme for the first time. UpPromote is extremely flexible, which is one of its biggest strengths, but that also means there can be quite a lot to understand initially. I'd like to see more examples of different programme structures, suggested best-practice configurations and perhaps more step-by-step guidance based on what you're trying to achieve. That said, whenever I've been unsure about anything, the support has been excellent, so it hasn't stopped us getting the programme configured the way we wanted.

We are using UpPromote to create and manage a structured trade referral and affiliate programme, giving us a much more professional and scalable way to reward partners for recommending our business. The biggest benefit so far has been the flexibility to build the programme around how we want it to work, rather than having to adapt our plans to fit the software. It gives us a central place to manage partners, referrals, rewards and programme activity, which should save a significant amount of manual admin as the scheme grows. We have not launched the programme publicly yet, so it is too early to quantify the impact on sales, but the setup has given us a strong foundation to grow referrals, strengthen relationships with trade partners and create an additional revenue channel that we can track properly.

The initial payout setup has a bit of a learning curve. Clearer guidance around payout schedules and commission approvals would make the setup process easier.

I still yet to sign up my affiliates, but the set up process was a breeze. Customer support is top notch, really makes the process a lot easier. I mainly use it in my Shopify store, so having the app directly in my admin console and completely integrated with my workflow makes the whole experience better. I highly recommend this app if you want to grow your brand by managing a team of sales reps or by going the affiliate way.

UpPromote löst vor allem das Problem der zeitaufwendigen Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Affiliate-Partnern. Die größten Vorteile sehe ich in der Automatisierung von Provisionen, der einfachen Generierung von Empfehlungslinks und der übersichtlichen Verwaltung aller Partner an einem zentralen Ort, was enorm viel Zeit spart.

Set ups are always confusing, even using ai. There always seems to be missing ingredients. UP Support was great to direct me the right way.

Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, die unsere Weiterempfehlung mit 10/10 nicht schmälern.

Customer service was the best part of my experience. I was helped by Mina, and she did an excellent job. She answered my questions quickly, was professional, friendly, and made the setup process much easier. The platform itself is easy to understand, but the support really stood out. So far, I am very satisfied with the assistance I received and have nothing negative to say about the customer service.

As an affiliate program administrator, having quick access to support is essential, and UpPromote consistently delivers. Beyond the chat feature, the platform is intuitive and easy to manage. It simplifies affiliate onboarding, commission tracking, coupon management, and marketing asset distribution, allowing me to focus on growing our program instead of dealing with administrative tasks.

One area where I think UpPromote could improve is the automatic commission payout feature. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to connect it successfully, so we have to process every commission payment manually. As our affiliate program continues to grow, this has become one of the most time-consuming administrative tasks. Each payment has to be reviewed, processed, and marked individually, which increases the workload and the chance of human error.

Today, not only did she answer all of my questions, but she also identified a technical issue on her own and escalated it to the development team for a fix. The support has been excellent.
