Overall a very good app: It perfectly solves my need to transition to an affiliate model. People can simply create an account, and I can easily track everything on my end.
Highly intuitive and easy to use: Setting up the affiliation program is extremely simple and seamless.
Great tracking and dashboard: It provides a real, comprehensive dashboard with excellent follow-up and tracking capabilities for my affiliates.
Strong anti-fraud system: The anti-scam feature is highly effective, securely preventing users from self-referring.
Super reactive customer service: The support team is incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful whenever needed.

What I like best about UpPromote is how easy it is to set up and manage an affiliate programme. The app integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making it simple to recruit affiliates, track referrals, manage commissions, and monitor performance all from one dashboard. I also appreciate the customisation options, automated workflows, and clear reporting tools, which save time and make it easy to scale an affiliate or creator programme as the business grows.
What did you not like?
While UpPromote is packed with features, some of the more advanced tools can take a little time to learn if you’re new to affiliate marketing. Certain customisation options and premium features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may be a consideration for smaller businesses or startups. However, the overall functionality and value provided by the platform outweigh these minor drawbacks.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
UpPromote helps us manage and grow our affiliate and creator programme without the need for manual tracking. Before using the platform, it was difficult to monitor referrals, calculate commissions, and measure the effectiveness of individual creators. UpPromote automates these processes, providing accurate tracking, commission management, and performance reporting.
The biggest benefits we’ve realised are increased sales through affiliate referrals, improved relationships with creators and brand ambassadors, and significant time savings through automation. The platform has also given us better insight into which affiliates are driving the most value, allowing us to focus our marketing efforts more effectively.

What did you not like?
Honestly, there’s not much to complain about! The interface can take a minute to get used to because of all the features, but once you get the hang of it, everything works fine.

Mina stayed with me through the whole chat. My sign up page was not working correctly. When it finally did, it showed up too skinny on my webpage. She then was able remote in and fix that problem as well.

The monthly payment to get to use the other perks. I am small business and I don’t have the funds for the additional perks.

The have easy navigation. They have a tool that let's you filter and search for the right influencers. They have great customer service.
What did you not like?
Not much, I just wish you could reach out to creators through the app proactively.

I really appreciate UP's customer conscious business model. Their features meet my needs. First live 24/7 support! Support was great. Second: their fraud detection; as I've been a victim of fraud, I really interested in sites that take security seriously..

Set ups are always confusing, even using ai. There always seems to be missing ingredients. UP Support was great to direct me the right way.

I had a great experience working with Tommy at UpPromote Affiliate Marketing. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process and made getting my affiliate program ready for my store much easier than I expected. Tommy was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to start bringing affiliates on board.

What did you not like?
Ehrlich gesagt gibt es aus unserer Erfahrung kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Wenn wir etwas nennen sollten, dann vielleicht, dass das Reporting noch etwas granularer sein könnte und der Einstieg für weniger technikaffine Partner noch etwas einfacher gestaltet werden könnte. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, die unsere Weiterempfehlung mit 10/10 nicht schmälern.

Der größte Vorteil ist für uns die einfache Handhabung: Neue Partner lassen sich schnell einrichten, Links und Codes sind sofort verfügbar, und wir haben jederzeit einen klaren Überblick über Performance und Auszahlungen. Das spart uns intern viel Zeit, gerade weil wir mit sehr unterschiedlichen Partnertypen arbeiten – von Fachpersonal bis Content Creators – und trotzdem alles über ein einheitliches, übersichtliches System steuern können.

What did you like?
Customer service was the best part of my experience. I was helped by Mina, and she did an excellent job. She answered my questions quickly, was professional, friendly, and made the setup process much easier. The platform itself is easy to understand, but the support really stood out. So far, I am very satisfied with the assistance I received and have nothing negative to say about the customer service.
What did you not like?
The main downside is the pricing. The software works well and offers many useful features, but the Professional plan is quite expensive for a small business that is just starting with affiliate marketing. It would be great if there were more affordable options or fewer feature limitations on the lower plans, making it easier for new businesses to grow before upgrading.

One of my favorite features in UpPromote is the built-in chat function. It's incredibly fast, responsive, and makes communication with the support team seamless. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue, I receive helpful responses almost immediately, which saves me a lot of time. As an affiliate program administrator, having quick access to support is essential, and UpPromote consistently delivers. Beyond the chat feature, the platform is intuitive and easy to manage. It simplifies affiliate onboarding, commission tracking, coupon management, and marketing asset distribution, allowing me to focus on growing our program instead of dealing with administrative tasks.
What did you not like?
One area where I think UpPromote could improve is the automatic commission payout feature. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to connect it successfully, so we have to process every commission payment manually. As our affiliate program continues to grow, this has become one of the most time-consuming administrative tasks. Each payment has to be reviewed, processed, and marked individually, which increases the workload and the chance of human error.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Today, not only did she answer all of my questions, but she also identified a technical issue on her own and escalated it to the development team for a fix.
The support has been excellent.

UpPromote is very easy to use for managing a large affiliate program on a day-to-day basis. The marketplace brings a strong, steady flow of new partners without much extra effort on our side. Support is fast and genuinely helpful whenever we run into an issue. I've been using it for 3 years at Enjoy The Wood with a large number of partners and sales running through it.
What did you not like?
There aren't any major downsides, but bulk-managing a very large affiliate list could be a bit smoother, since some actions still require handling partners one by one.

UpPromote lets us manage a large affiliate program without needing extra engineering resources. It handles partner tracking, commission calculations, and payouts reliably, which saves us a lot of manual work. What did you like?
What I like best about the platform is its intuitive interface and how easy it is to manage affiliate and referral programs. Everything is well organized, from tracking referrals and commissions to monitoring affiliate performance. The setup process is straightforward, the tracking is reliable, and the customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. It has made managing affiliate marketing much more efficient and less time-consuming.
What did you not like?
There isn't much to dislike overall. If I had to mention something, I would say that some of the advanced features have a bit of a learning curve for new users. I also think the reporting section could offer more customization and detailed analytics. However, these are minor improvements, and they don't take away from the overall positive experience.

UpPromote helps me automate and simplify the management of my affiliate and referral programs. Instead of handling referrals, commission tracking, and payouts manually, everything is managed in one place. This saves a significant amount of time, reduces the risk of errors, and makes it easier to monitor affiliate performance. Mir gefällt besonders die einfache Bedienung von UpPromote. Die Einrichtung ist unkompliziert, das Dashboard ist übersichtlich und die Verwaltung von Affiliates, Links und Provisionen funktioniert sehr effizient. Auch der Kundenservice ist hilfreich und reagiert schnell bei Fragen.

Einige erweiterte Funktionen könnten anfangs etwas kompliziert wirken und manche Anpassungsmöglichkeiten könnten noch umfangreicher sein. Insgesamt sind die Nachteile jedoch gering im Vergleich zu den Vorteilen.
