UpPromote is very easy to use for managing a large affiliate program on a day-to-day basis. The marketplace brings a strong, steady flow of new partners without much extra effort on our side. Support is fast and genuinely helpful whenever we run into an issue. I've been using it for 3 years at Enjoy The Wood with a large number of partners and sales running through it.

There aren't any major downsides, but bulk-managing a very large affiliate list could be a bit smoother, since some actions still require handling partners one by one.

There isn't much to dislike overall. If I had to mention something, I would say that some of the advanced features have a bit of a learning curve for new users. I also think the reporting section could offer more customization and detailed analytics. However, these are minor improvements, and they don't take away from the overall positive experience.
