Overall a very good app: It perfectly solves my need to transition to an affiliate model. People can simply create an account, and I can easily track everything on my end.
Highly intuitive and easy to use: Setting up the affiliation program is extremely simple and seamless.
Great tracking and dashboard: It provides a real, comprehensive dashboard with excellent follow-up and tracking capabilities for my affiliates.
Strong anti-fraud system: The anti-scam feature is highly effective, securely preventing users from self-referring.

What I like best about UpPromote is how easy it is to set up and manage an affiliate programme. The app integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making it simple to recruit affiliates, track referrals, manage commissions, and monitor performance all from one dashboard. I also appreciate the customisation options, automated workflows, and clear reporting tools, which save time and make it easy to scale an affiliate or creator programme as the business grows.
What did you not like?
While UpPromote is packed with features, some of the more advanced tools can take a little time to learn if you’re new to affiliate marketing. Certain customisation options and premium features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may be a consideration for smaller businesses or startups. However, the overall functionality and value provided by the platform outweigh these minor drawbacks.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
UpPromote helps us manage and grow our affiliate and creator programme without the need for manual tracking. Before using the platform, it was difficult to monitor referrals, calculate commissions, and measure the effectiveness of individual creators. UpPromote automates these processes, providing accurate tracking, commission management, and performance reporting.
The biggest benefits we’ve realised are increased sales through affiliate referrals, improved relationships with creators and brand ambassadors, and significant time savings through automation. The platform has also given us better insight into which affiliates are driving the most value, allowing us to focus our marketing efforts more effectively.

UpPromote has made setting up our affiliate program so much easier. The plugin itself works seamlessly, and whenever I hit a quick roadblock, their support team is right there to help out in minutes. Super friendly, fast, and reliable!
What did you not like?
Honestly, there’s not much to complain about! The interface can take a minute to get used to because of all the features, but once you get the hang of it, everything works fine.

Mina stayed with me through the whole chat. My sign up page was not working correctly. When it finally did, it showed up too skinny on my webpage. She then was able remote in and fix that problem as well.
What did you not like?
The monthly payment to get to use the other perks. I am small business and I don’t have the funds for the additional perks.

UpPromote löst vor allem das Problem der zeitaufwendigen Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Affiliate-Partnern. Die größten Vorteile sehe ich in der Automatisierung von Provisionen, der einfachen Generierung von Empfehlungslinks und der übersichtlichen Verwaltung aller Partner an einem zentralen Ort, was enorm viel Zeit spart.
What did you like?
The have easy navigation. They have a tool that let's you filter and search for the right influencers. They have great customer service.
What did you not like?
Not much, I just wish you could reach out to creators through the app proactively.

I really appreciate UP's customer conscious business model. Their features meet my needs. First live 24/7 support! Support was great. Second: their fraud detection; as I've been a victim of fraud, I really interested in sites that take security seriously..
What did you not like?
Set ups are always confusing, even using ai. There always seems to be missing ingredients. UP Support was great to direct me the right way.

I need a sales force and cannot afford nor want employees. UP fills the gap.

What did you like?
I had a great experience working with Tommy at UpPromote Affiliate Marketing. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process and made getting my affiliate program ready for my store much easier than I expected. Tommy was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to start bringing affiliates on board.
What did you not like?
It was difficult at times setting up the program in the app once I downloaded the app to my store. But once I got it down, it was easier from thenon.

I found it easy to get set up, and present a clean experience for our creator program>. Customer service is also very detailed and attentive. They answered all our questions and supported us with upgrading to the right membership based on our goals.

Great app. Does what it says, and for a great price. Customer service responds instantly. And you get agents like Maya who are there to actually listen, then help based on what they heard as an issue. Not the standard script. Worth getting, even if just to try

What did you not like?
Ehrlich gesagt gibt es aus unserer Erfahrung kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Wenn wir etwas nennen sollten, dann vielleicht, dass das Reporting noch etwas granularer sein könnte und der Einstieg für weniger technikaffine Partner noch etwas einfacher gestaltet werden könnte. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, die unsere Weiterempfehlung mit 10/10 nicht schmälern.

Der größte Vorteil ist für uns die einfache Handhabung: Neue Partner lassen sich schnell einrichten, Links und Codes sind sofort verfügbar, und wir haben jederzeit einen klaren Überblick über Performance und Auszahlungen. Das spart uns intern viel Zeit, gerade weil wir mit sehr unterschiedlichen Partnertypen arbeiten – von Fachpersonal bis Content Creators – und trotzdem alles über ein einheitliches, übersichtliches System steuern können.

What did you like?
Customer service was the best part of my experience. I was helped by Mina, and she did an excellent job. She answered my questions quickly, was professional, friendly, and made the setup process much easier. The platform itself is easy to understand, but the support really stood out. So far, I am very satisfied with the assistance I received and have nothing negative to say about the customer service.
What did you not like?
The main downside is the pricing. The software works well and offers many useful features, but the Professional plan is quite expensive for a small business that is just starting with affiliate marketing. It would be great if there were more affordable options or fewer feature limitations on the lower plans, making it easier for new businesses to grow before upgrading.

The customer support team is outstanding and highly responsive, always providing fast technical solutions when we need to customize our registration forms.
What did you not like?
Setting up unique validation rules for custom registration fields (like preventing duplicate National IDs) currently requires contacting support; it would be highly efficient if this were a native, one-click feature in the dashboard.
The affiliate portal could benefit from deeper language localization and customization options, specifically tailored for Spanish-speaking distributors in Latin America.
The analytics and reporting section for MLM networks could include more advanced visual charts to help administrators instantly visualize downline performance and network growth.
