People can simply create an account, and I can easily track everything on my end. Highly intuitive and easy to use: Setting up the affiliation program is extremely simple and seamless. Great tracking and dashboard: It provides a real, comprehensive dashboard with excellent follow-up and tracking capabilities for my affiliates. Strong anti-fraud system: The anti-scam feature is highly effective, securely preventing users from self-referring. Super reactive customer service: The support team is incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful whenever needed.

What I like best about UpPromote is how easy it is to set up and manage an affiliate programme. The app integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making it simple to recruit affiliates, track referrals, manage commissions, and monitor performance all from one dashboard. I also appreciate the customisation options, automated workflows, and clear reporting tools, which save time and make it easy to scale an affiliate or creator programme as the business grows.

While UpPromote is packed with features, some of the more advanced tools can take a little time to learn if you’re new to affiliate marketing. Certain customisation options and premium features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may be a consideration for smaller businesses or startups. However, the overall functionality and value provided by the platform outweigh these minor drawbacks.

UpPromote helps us manage and grow our affiliate and creator programme without the need for manual tracking. Before using the platform, it was difficult to monitor referrals, calculate commissions, and measure the effectiveness of individual creators. UpPromote automates these processes, providing accurate tracking, commission management, and performance reporting. The biggest benefits we’ve realised are increased sales through affiliate referrals, improved relationships with creators and brand ambassadors, and significant time savings through automation. The platform has also given us better insight into which affiliates are driving the most value, allowing us to focus our marketing efforts more effectively.

What stands out most about UpPromote is how flexible the platform is. We had a fairly specific idea for our trade referral/affiliate programme, and it has given us the flexibility to configure it around how we actually want the programme to work rather than forcing us into a standard setup. The support has also been exceptional. Evans has been fantastic from the initial demo through to helping with configuration questions and understanding what we were trying to achieve. He has been knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. He even followed up to let me know when a feature we had previously discussed became available, which really impressed me. We haven't launched our programme publicly yet, so I can't comment on the impact on sales at this stage, but based on the setup experience so far I'm very confident UpPromote will be a valuable tool for us.

The main downside is probably that the sheer number of options and settings can feel a little overwhelming when you're setting up an affiliate or referral programme for the first time. UpPromote is extremely flexible, which is one of its biggest strengths, but that also means there can be quite a lot to understand initially. I'd like to see more examples of different programme structures, suggested best-practice configurations and perhaps more step-by-step guidance based on what you're trying to achieve. That said, whenever I've been unsure about anything, the support has been excellent, so it hasn't stopped us getting the programme configured the way we wanted.

We are using UpPromote to create and manage a structured trade referral and affiliate programme, giving us a much more professional and scalable way to reward partners for recommending our business. The biggest benefit so far has been the flexibility to build the programme around how we want it to work, rather than having to adapt our plans to fit the software. It gives us a central place to manage partners, referrals, rewards and programme activity, which should save a significant amount of manual admin as the scheme grows. We have not launched the programme publicly yet, so it is too early to quantify the impact on sales, but the setup has given us a strong foundation to grow referrals, strengthen relationships with trade partners and create an additional revenue channel that we can track properly.

UpPromote has made managing our affiliate program much easier. We’re able to track affiliate orders, commissions, and payouts all in one place. As we’ve worked through setting up our payout process, the support team has been very responsive and helpful. Tanie has taken the time to answer my questions and walk me through the process whenever I needed assistance. Overall, it has been a great tool for our business.

The initial payout setup has a bit of a learning curve. Clearer guidance around payout schedules and commission approvals would make the setup process easier.

UpPromote helps us keep our entire affiliate program organized—from tracking sales and commissions to managing affiliates and payouts. It saves us a lot of time compared to managing everything manually and makes it much easier to scale our program as we grow.

I still yet to sign up my affiliates, but the set up process was a breeze. Customer support is top notch, really makes the process a lot easier. I mainly use it in my Shopify store, so having the app directly in my admin console and completely integrated with my workflow makes the whole experience better. I highly recommend this app if you want to grow your brand by managing a team of sales reps or by going the affiliate way.

The sign up page could use more customization to blend better with my branding, I would appreciate more font variation.

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about! The interface can take a minute to get used to because of all the features, but once you get the hang of it, everything works fine.

UpPromote löst vor allem das Problem der zeitaufwendigen Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Affiliate-Partnern. Die größten Vorteile sehe ich in der Automatisierung von Provisionen, der einfachen Generierung von Empfehlungslinks und der übersichtlichen Verwaltung aller Partner an einem zentralen Ort, was enorm viel Zeit spart.

I really appreciate UP's customer conscious business model. Their features meet my needs. First live 24/7 support! Support was great. Second: their fraud detection; as I've been a victim of fraud, I really interested in sites that take security seriously..

Set ups are always confusing, even using ai. There always seems to be missing ingredients. UP Support was great to direct me the right way.
