Thanks for such a detailed review. Really glad the REST API, JSON payloads, actionable validation messages and free sandbox environment are pulling their weight, that's a lot of infrastructure decisions being validated in one review.
On the API-only side: you're right, that's a deliberate choice. We build for developers who want to own the end-user experience inside their own ERP.
