Wir hatten einige Jahre Asana genutzt, allerdings einige Funktionen hinsichtlich des Projekt Controllings (Auslastung, Rentabilität & Co) vermisst. Die Flexibilität, mit der man Projekte bei Productive anpassen und verwalten kann, ist sehr hilfreich. Auch die Integration von Zeitverfolgung und Berichterstattung ist ein großer Pluspunkt, da sie es ermöglicht, die Produktivität und den Fortschritt effektiv zu messen und zu analysieren.

I use Productive every day together with my colleagues, and it has become an essential part of how we work. From the moment you start using it, it’s clear that the system is thoughtfully designed. It’s very user-friendly, yet incredibly complete, with a clear structure and intuitive navigation that makes it easy to find your way around. One of the biggest strengths of Productive is the way it creates a solid overview of your work. The dashboards and reporting features give instant insight into project status, workloads, and performance. This makes it much easier to stay in control and make informed decisions. Monitoring projects and managing budgets is also very efficient. Everything is well integrated, allowing you to track progress and financials without switching between tools. It really helps keep projects on track and within scope. Another standout feature is the help center. It’s impressively fast and responsive, which makes a big difference when you run into questions or need guidance. On top of that, the team behind Productive is very open to feedback. Whether you suggest new features or report bugs, they actively pick it up and respond. What I appreciate most is that they genuinely ask for your opinion and make you feel involved. There’s a strong sense that you’re not just using the system, but actually contributing to building a better, more tailored solution for your company.

I work for a design agency and if I am designing for one client for a longer period of time (therefore I regularly spend 8 hours on the same project) it is easy for me to copy hours from the previous days (i think you call it "duplicate"). It saves me a lot of time! Second thing that helps me to organise my work is the ease of requesting holidays and self development days. I like that it is instantly visible how many hours for each category i have left and also that I am able to ad notes for my employer. Last but not least, I think it is great that i can quickly find out how many hours I have left on the project that I am booked on.

Man merkt an jeder Stelle, dass das Produkt von Menschen gemacht wird, die selbst in der Agenturwelt zuhause sind. Dadurch wird Productive für uns zur Single Source of Truth: Projektmanagement, Finanzen, Mitarbeiter – alles für eine Agentur relevante lässt sich an einem Ort verwalten und miteinander in Relation bringen der Reporten. Habe ich doch mal ein sehr Deutschland- oder Agentur-spezifisches Thema gefunden, dass nicht schon von Productive abgedeckt wird, hilft der bezaubernde Support sehr sehr gut weiter oder nimmt einen Feature Request auf, der oft auch sehr zügig umgesetzt wird. So war die Möglichkeit von E-Rechnungen pünktlich im Dezember 2024 implementiert, nachdem ich das Thema im Spätsommer/Herbst 2024 bei Productive auf die Agenda brachte. Im Gegensatz zu Lösungen wir awork sind die Interface Designer:innen auch nicht als Kind in den Topf mit den überflüssigen Schlagschatten und Emojis gefallen – Das Interface ist klar und übersichtlich gestaltet, trotz der riesigen Funktionsvielfalt habe ich mich noch nie so schnell in ein so komplexes Produkt eingearbeitet und dabei so viel Freude empfunden.

I worked daily using Monday.com as CRM for five years and used Timely as a time-tracking system. This resulted in a lot of extra work having to move projects from Monday.com to TImely as soon as they were tracked. Furthermore, we kept invoice details in an Excel document. Today we got Productive.io for all of this and even though I loved Monday.com, I am never going back. Productive has made our business much more efficient and is the best software for us. We got an all-in-one system which is the closest we'll ever get to perfection! Did you get a lead from your website? There are integrations to automatically push the leads into the Productive CRM. When the deal is closed, you create the project for people to track time in a few seconds. And also - you can automatically send a notification to your Slack channel - letting everyone know you're the sales master of the company! The interface is intuitive and ergonomic. The tool itself is flexible with many opportunities to expand, and has a great support.

The AI intergrated function. Report section, where you can create reports to your own liking. The overview you have, you can show sidebars or easily hide them.

It's one single source of truth, it combines all the processes in the agency: planning, time registration, project administration, CRM and Reports. It provides realtime insights in the performance of the agency and helps us to manage processes. The support staff is great, what ever the question is, the answer is always fast and accurate

Simple in its use, has great UX/UI and expansive features. Functional, and practical for our team to adopt, given that we're a 360 marketing & branding agency that needed to centralise all of its operations.

Productive is a powerful tool which is really comprehensive for keeping track of your projects. The reporting section gives you a lot of insights as to how you're doing.

That everything is in one place and I have an overview of everything from planning to margins. Before productive, we needed to use 3 tools to get everything that we do now, so it saved us time and improved our business.
