How does Clockodo work?

Employees record their working hours using the Clockodo app on a PC or mobile device. Project-specific tasks and absences can be easily logged. The data is processed in real-time into the employee's hour account and the relevant project report. With the Clockodo report builder, users can sort and filter the times to be evaluated individually. Thus, with a few clicks, reports are created that clearly show where work was done efficiently and where there is still a need for optimization. Additionally, interfaces to accounting and payroll software streamline invoicing and payroll processes, making them quick and effortless.

Where is Clockodo hosted?

Clockodo stores its data in German data centers located in Frankfurt and Berlin, ensuring compliance with German law. These data centers are operated by Microsoft and are certified according to ISO 27001, among other standards.

Is Clockodo secure?

Clockodo fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Employers need to obtain permission from employees to collect and store personal data. Prospective customers can test the system free of charge for 14 days. After that, customers can choose from various pricing packages that best suit their needs. All times recorded during the trial period will be retained and seamlessly integrated into the chosen package.
