Bonrepublic is an employee-centered talent management platform that aims to help companies increase employee engagement, promote performance, and simultaneously identify and retain talent.

The platform aims to enable companies to create individualized performance appraisals and link feedback with competency profiles. Bonrepublic has created a marketplace that integrates benefits and development courses worldwide and allows companies to tie these to acknowledgments and feedback analyses and achieve goals. This is intended to enable companies to efficiently deploy their benefits and development budgets to engage and sustainably develop employees.

Bonrepublic specializes in the DACH region and is EU GDPR-compliant. The software is developed in Vienna and hosted in Frankfurt. Subcontractors are identified, opt-out options and AVV are available.
