What did you like?
The e-mail editor is very intuitive and easy to use, it generates utm-paramter automatically which is saving so much time.
What did you not like?
The on-site editor can be a bit slow sometimes, but that is definitely something minor.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We are using it as CDP, personalization in our onlineshop and newsletter tool.The benefits are definitely the easy usage for the e-mail editor, which saves so much time. The support is really good and fast.

What did you like?
Insider provides structured, step-by-step support during implementation, with a focus on personal interaction.
Central data provision and the direct connection of all channels in a single tool make the work quick, easy, and intuitive.
What did you not like?
Currently, the processes are still very much focused on B2C business; a stronger focus on B2B would be desirable. However, this is possible with a little more time thanks to close communication and the possibilities for individual customization.

With Insider, we can manage a cross-channel campaign in one tool and now have access to all the data we need.
