What did you like?
Podium saves us a lot of time because we don’t have to manually chase leads anymore — the automation actually does a big part of the work for us. The AI filtering is genuinely helpful, since we’re not wasting time on low-quality leads that were never going to convert anyway. It also fits pretty easily into our existing workflow, so onboarding didn’t feel painful or complicated.
What did you not like?
Some parts of the setup feel a bit more complex than they need to be, especially when trying to customize things beyond the basics. The analytics are okay, but sometimes it’s hard to get exactly the insights we’re looking for without digging around. A bit more flexibility and clarity in the dashboard would make a big difference.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Podium helps us solve the problem of inconsistent lead flow and slow response times. Before, leads were either missed or followed up too late, which cost us real opportunities. Now the process is more automated and structured, so leads are handled faster, conversations start sooner, and conversions feel more predictable instead of random.

Podium ist heute eines von vielen Online-Plattformen auf dem Markt, dass ich gerne nutze. Es ist auch eine Messaging-Plattform, die eine einfache Möglichkeit zum Sammeln von Google-Bewertungen bietet. Auch wenn es schwierig sein kann, die Bewertung/ Reputation eines Unternehmens zu verwalten, insbesondere wenn es mit einem Zustrom negativer Bewertungen auf einen zukommt. Bewertungen helfen insgesamt auch wenn einige besser als andere sind. Für mich trotzdem eine gute Plattform.
What did you not like?
Leider hat Podium ein paar Nachteile. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre der Bereich des Kundensupports. Das häufigste Problem, dass ich im Zusammenhang mit dem Kundensupport von Podium hatte, war dass es Wochen dauerte, bis Kunden von einem Vertreter hörten, und wenn sie es taten, war es leider nicht hilfreich.
Ich musste immer und immer wieder meine Situation erneut erklären.

Das Feedbacktool ist sehr cool und einfach zu nutzen. Mit dem Posteingang von Podium kann ich Nachrichten mit Bildern, Videos, GIFs und Anhängen versenden. Ich kann auch Benachrichtigungseinstellungen anpassen und die Updates herausfiltern, die nicht benötigt werden. Der Team-Posteingang von Podium bietet anpassbare Vorlagen, Autoresponder, Automatisierungen, Berechtigungen und die Möglichkeit, Konversationen nach Relevanz zuzuweisen.
