What did you like?
Wir können nicht mehr ohne. Alle unsere Mediendaten, seines Videos oder Fotos oder Dokumente sind nun für alle unsere Mitarbeiter auf einer Plattform einsehbar und alle haben Zugriff. Wir finden die Organisation toll und auch das Filtersystem mit dem wir schnell finden was wir suchen und auch unser Archiv generell ordentlich halten können. Das erleichtert vieles.

Also wenn man einmal Fragen hat dann schreibt man am besten eine E-Mail und dann kommt auch schnell etwas zurück, das könnte man vielleicht maschinell lösen mit einem automatischen System und dann würden sich die Wartezeiten noch verkürzen wenn man nicht an menschlichen E-Mail Support braucht. Bei der grafischen Oberfläche könnte sich die Firma noch etwas an Konkurrenzprodukt orientieren, aber alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Wie gesagt können wir unser gesamtes Medienarchiv auf das wir täglich für unsere Dienste und Webseiten Zugriff brauchen super strukturieren und allen Mitarbeiterinnen Zugang verschaffen. Es ist alles an einem Ort und wie bei anderen Content Managementsystemen beziehungsweise Digital Asset Managementsystemen Hat man einfach den Vorteil, alles direkt verlinken zu können je nach Ausgabe Medium ( Webseite oder app)

The usage of the filter function and collection feels really smooth and easy to handle. Adding people to the system is also a childsplay and introducing people to the platform feels so intuitive for them.
What did you not like?
Sometimes the cockpit bugs out, so I have to look one level deeper to get the information I need. For example users or GB used

The way the assets are uploaded, maintained and searched. The filters are working in very user friendly way and the sharing options via collections is an easy way the digital assets to reach our customers.

What did you like?
In most cases it responds to our users' need. I appreciate the attitude of Bynder and the will to make things better. My encounters with Bynder Team were always pleasant and efficient. I also appreciate workshops and Knowledge Base.
What did you not like?
There are multiple things I've requested to the support team - I will be definitely happy to see them in the roadmap for the next year. Especially those that would allow us to fully utilize all available functionalities.

The easy upload, share and maintain process of digital assets. Very stable and fastly working solution with great UI. Fileting and Search options are working perfectly.
What did you not like?
The complexity to add customer derivatives and not existing to have different derivatives based on meta-property selection.

Strukturen und Filtermöglichkeiten werden individuell für jeden Kunden aufgesetzt. Dateien sind von überall schnell verfügbar. Eigene tagging Struktur hilft dabei immer das richtige zu finden.

Freigabeprozess von Stockfotos die per API eingespielt werden: Hier ist ein Bulk Freigabeprozess nicht möglich was etwas langwierig ist.

Bynder ermöglicht ein schnelles Finden und Abspeichern von Assets. Die Option, dass diese Assets für verschiedene Abteilungen zugänglich gemacht werden, ist für das Creative Team eine Erleichterung. Die direkte Erstellung von Derivaten innerhalb Bynders ist auch zeit- und ressourcensparend.

- Es gibt ein paar individuelle Wünsche, z.B. beim Upload von Assets die Möglichkeit über einen AuswahlButton für die Erstellung von Derivaten einzuführen

Bisher sind alle Assets auf unseren lokalen Servern gespeichert und aufgrund der Historie gibt es keine genaue Serverstruktur, das Suchen und Finden von Assets ist sehr zeitintensiv. Das Nutzen von Bynder soll hier Abhilfe schaffen.

Bynder bietet viele Möglichkeiten, Images, Visuals und andere Dateien zu teilen. Vor allem im Marketing ist das Tool sehr hilfreich.
What did you not like?
Neben einer Filtermöglichkeit und dem Kennzeichnen mit verschiedenen "Type" Arten würden Ordner helfen etwas mehr Struktur zu schaffen.

Für uns ist es ein Sammelort für alle visuellen Dateien in jeglichem Format. So können auch Vorlagen abgespeichert werden und die offenen Dateien heruntergeladen werden. Außerdem können somit Bilder aktuell gehalten werden und das Unternehmen verwendet nur CI geprüfte Dateien. Wir nutzen Bynder zusätzlich für das aufzeigen der Brand Guidlines sowohl intern, als auch extern.

Die Kundenbetreuung von Bynder ist definitiv ein USP, genau so wie die verschiedenen Module und individuell anpassbaren Lösungen - da wird jeder fündig! Übersichtlich, gut strukturiert und einfach zu administrieren.
What did you not like?
Hin und wieder gibt es mal vereinzelte Performanceeinbußen, die aber in der Regel innerhalb weniger Stunden wieder behoben sind! Das ist aber schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau!

Dezentrale Datenspeicherung - Mit Bynder haben wir einen zentralen Ort, wo alle relevanten Assets gespeichert und gemanged werden können (in Bezug auf marktspezifische Anforderungen, Regularien etc.) - sowohl Bilder, Social Content, Guidelines, Kampagnen als auch Offene Dateien und Templates distribuieren wir ausschließlich über Bynder an unsere Partner
