Staffbase erleichtert die Verständigung im Firmierungen auf allen Ebenen. Mitarbeiter-App und Intranet Applikation sind für jeden zu verstehen und mit kurzer Vorwort umstandslos schlüssig. Besonders weil sie einheitlich wie etablierte Instant Messenger funktioniert, wirkt die Maske vertraut und die Benutzeroberfläche ist genauso analog aufgebaut.
What did you not like?
Die Desktop Abwandlung kann noch überarbeitet werden, da sie nicht die volle Bildschirmfläche benutzt. Weiterhin ist der Registrierungsprozess noch ein wenig komplex. Gleichfalls Bugs treten des öfteren auf, die trotz alledem mittels den Kundensupport ausgesprochen flott gelöst werden.

Sehr gute Kommunikationsmöglichkeit im Firmen. Hält noch nicht mit den etablierten Anbietern mit, wird indessen zu jedem beliebigen Zeitpunkt weiterentwickelt und zu jedem Zeitpunkt novelliert. Der kundensupport ist großartig und ebenfalls die Preisstaffelung für winzige Firmen ist außerordentlich fair.

Manche Features sind in ihrer Entwicklung etwas stecken geblieben. Manche Idee lässt sich im bestehend Feature Set up nicht ohne individuelle Programmierung lösen (Kosten und Zeitaufwendung). Wir hoffen hier auf die neuen Ki-Features.

1) Die Flexibilität für die Anwender (Admins), 2) Inhalte einfach und rasch kommunizierbar in div. Sprachen, 3) Übersichtliche Dartstellung für die User 4) Support ist super schnell

Newsbeiträge können nicht individuell pro Kanal an verschiedene Gruppen ausgespielt werden. Dadurch vermehrt sich die Anzahl der Kanäle - etwas unübersichtlich. Chats sind nicht überwachbar - deshalb bei uns nicht im Einsatz. Optisch könnte es etwas moderner noch sein.

Kommunikation mit ALLEN Mitarbeitenden auf einfachste Weise in div. Sprachen. Wir verwenden die App als: Kommunikationsmittel zu den Mitarbeitenden, Umfragen, News im Unternehmen, Ankündigungen, wichtige Informationen zu Feiertagen, Sämtliche Sicherheits- und Hygienedokumente bzw. Unterweisungsdokumente stehen zur Verfügung.

Weiters können sich die MA alle wichtigen Informationen holen, die sie für Ihre tägliche Arbeit benötigen. Standorteigene Spaces für unsere Kliniken und Pflegezentren bieten hier nochmals einen weiteren Vorteil, um gezielt MA zu erreichen

Gutes Tool um mit den Mitarbeiter:innen in Kontakt zu bleiben, Formulare, Kanäle, Quiz-Funktion, Chat-Funktion, alle News auf einem Blick

Designänderungen sind teuer und unübersichtlich, mir fehlt jemand, der mir dabei hilft heraus zu finden was wir besser machen können, mir fehlen Bench Marks, mir fehlt der Input was andere gut machen und was funktioniert, automatische Übersetzung ist nicht gut genug, technische Aufmachung im Hintergrund teilweise sehr kompliziert, User-Handling für mich nicht klar und auch schwierig zu managen (Passwort vergessen, etc.), Staffbase Campus ist für mich zu umfangreich und ich weiß nicht genau welche Sachen ich mir anschauen sollte, damit ich mein Know-How aufbauen kann, zu viele Infos, Staffbase Releases verstehe ich oft nicht

Wie der Titel schon sagt ist es die Leichtigkeit mit der Staffbase bzw. das Studio zu bedienen sind. Die ganze Oberfläche ist intuitiv und macht es easy bedienbar was vor allem bei der Einarbeit neuer Kollegen ganz ausgezeichnet ist.
What did you not like?
Begrenzte Anpassungsmöglichkeiten: eingeschränktes Customizing, begrenzte Umsetzung individueller Workflows und Designs. Leider ist das Dokumentenmanagement ein Graus und muss wirklich dringend überarbeitet werden. Eine einfache Chat-Funktion wäre außerdem nett.

Die Flexibilität, das Tool nach eigenen Wünschen anzupassen ohne dabei auf das Staffbase-Team zurückgreifen zu müssen. Die regelmäßigen neuen Features und die Möglichkeit als Beta-Tester neue Dinge auszuprobieren.
What did you not like?
Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist der häufige Wechsel unserer Ansprechpartner bei Staffbase. Und dadurch jedes Mal aufs Neue den neuen Ansprechpartner/in zu erzählen, was wir wie warum machen.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir haben mit Staffbase unsere "Schwarzenbretter" am Standort komplett abgelöst. Ebenso haben wir es geschafft, die Kommunikation vom HQ über das Tool auch an alle internationalen Standorte zu erweitern. Das Feedback zum Kommunikationsfluss ist deutlich gestiegen.

Als Kommunikationstool sowohl mobil als auch für Desktop sehr gut geeignet. Viele Features, regelmäßige Releases und gute Kundenbetreuung. Außerdem enger Kontakt und interessante Infoveranstaltungen und Workshops. Nicht zu vergessen die VOICES als absolutes Highlight für alle aus der Branche.

Der Prozess für individuelle Anforderungen, Eventregistrierung, also das Erstellen von Terminen, die an einem Tag mehrmals zu verschiedenen Zeiten stattfinden

Der Support antwortet super schnell und man erhält zu allem Hilfe und Tipps. Auch die regelmäßigen Angebote zu Online-Webinaren sind super!

Manche Anwendungen könnten noch besser oder einfacher gestaltet werden, z.B. mehr Spielraum beim Design von Intranet und App. Auch könnten mehr Best Practices für KMUs angeboten werden. Zu Beginn fande ich es auch sehr schwer, mich im Back End zurechtzufinden bzw. die Thematik und den Aufbau zu verstehen

Durch den Einsatz von Intranet und App kann ich eine bessere Transparenz im Unternehmen gewährleisten. Die Kommunikation kann damit auch vollumfänglich verbessert werden. Bei Fragen und Problemen wende ich mich immer an Staffbase, die mir sehr schnell weiterhelfen können.
