What did you like?
Wir nutzen die App erst seit kurzem, sind aber bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert und die Anwendung funktioniert sowohl für uns als auch für unsere Kunden intuitiv. Besonders gefällt uns, dass unsere Ideen aufgenommen werden und man nicht einfach nur eine „Standardlösung“ bekommt.

Natürlich gibt es, wie bei jeder technischen Lösung, immer wieder kleinere Themen oder Optimierungspotenziale. Diese werden aber in der Regel schnell aufgenommen und sauber gelöst.

Mit Pocketshop lösen wir vor allem das Thema Kundenbindung und direkte Kommunikation. Statt nur auf klassische Kanäle angewiesen zu sein, haben wir jetzt einen eigenen Zugang zu unseren Kunden – inklusive Bonuspunkte, Aktionen und gezielten Angeboten.
