What is NEKOM?

NEKOM is an omnichannel platform that connects systems in e-commerce and automates the relevant processes. The tool adapts to existing systems and extends the existing infrastructure with additional functions. An e-commerce middleware takes over the exchange of stocks, orders and shipping notifications directly with the warehouse management system (WMS) for sales channels such as shops or marketplaces. With the e-commerce Product Information Management (PIM) and Order Management System (OMS), the different distribution channels can be managed. The CRM module allows inquiries and needs of customers to be organized. The prices can be requested on the website.
