What did you like?

Die Segmentierungen, Trigger und Automatisierungen lassen eine komplexe, gezielte Ansprache der Kunden in allen Lifecycle-Stadien zu. Die Bedienbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit ist exzellent.

What did you not like?

Das Tool ist nicht günstig, aber das Geld wert. Keine gute Reporting-Fähigkeiten.

What did you like?

Das Tool ist leicht zu nutzen (wenn alles einmal aufgesetzt wurde), unterschiedliche Kampagnen und Flows können in kürzester Zeit aufgesetzt werden. Die Analysemethoden sind sehr ausgiebig und filterbar, die Integration mit Amplitude & Co. funktioniert super. Auch die Visualisierungsoptionen pro Gerät sind sehr anschaulich.

What did you not like?

Eine Ordnerstruktur bei den Kampagnen fehlt leider noch. Auch ist die Visualisierung von In-Apps nicht wirklich aussagekräftig, man muss hier häufiger noch manuell nachtesten.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Wir nutzen das Tool als All-In-One CRM Lösung für Email, In-App und Push Benachrichtigungen. Der große Vorteil ist die Verknüpfung dieser Methoden ("wer Email x gelesen hat bekommt 2 Tage später Push Nachricht y") und das alle Messages über ein Tool abgewickelt werden.
