What did you like?
Low code processes are super flexible and powerful, especially compared to other solutions. Ui is very adjustable and allows to add dynamic rules
What did you not like?
Online documentation is good, but could include more actual examples that make some setups easier understandable

What did you like?
Innovatives Produkt mit rasanter Weiterentwicklung – hier gibt es keinen Stillstand. Dazu eine Open-Book-Policy und ein richtig tolles Team dahinter.
What did you not like?
Dass wir so lange auf das deutsche Büro warten mussten. ;) bei Creatio überwiegen auf jeden Fall die positiven Adpekte.

Prozessautomatisierung, Konsolidierung aller Kundeninformationen an einem Ort, Kampagnenmanagement und eine zentrale Unternehmens-Knowledgebase.

What did you like?
Creatio bietet auf einer Plattform eine nahtlose Integration von Sales & Marketing und auch Service Funktionen. Die Nutzung läuft über ein ansprechendes & intuitives Interface. Die strategische Implementierung im Unternehmen fällt initial leicht, da viele Prozesse als Workflows schon ausgeprägt sind. Die KI-Funktionen sind sofort verfügbar und können weiter ausgebaut werden. Der Support antwortet superschnell.
What did you not like?
Da es sich um ein US-amerikanisches Unternehmen handelt, sind die Optionen im Bereich Datenschutz noch ausbaufähig. Der Support-Bereich könnte noch umfangreicher sein.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir verwenden Creatio für unseren Vertriebs- und Marketingprozess (Lead-Generierung und Management) und haben die bestehenden Workflows und auch Screens auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst, d.h. Angebote werden z.T. automatisiert erstellt. Wir nutzen Email Automation und Landing Pages. Die Landing Pages dienen der Generierung neuer Leads, welche bewertet und weiter verarbeitet sowie mit personalisierten Email-Kampagnen weiterentwickelt werden. Das Ganze mit entsprechendem Reporting.
