Batch is a push-notification and CRM platform from France that was founded in 2015 and specializes in mobile devices. Batch particularly targets enterprise customers, of whom the tool now has more than 300. To ensure this, the tool focuses on usability by various teams such as marketing, data, tech, or DPO.

The functions of the platform are primarily in the establishment of push notifications and in-app messaging, which can be used to increase engagement. Batch offers the ability to send up to 1M engagement messages per app per minute. Push notifications in the web browser, user targeting, orchestrating campaigns, and creating analyses are also possible with Batch. All features of Batch have an open interface and can be linked with a variety of other tools.
