What did you like?
Die Prozessaufnahme war klar, strukturiert und hat unser Wissen erstmals wirklich zusammengeführt. In der Umsetzung wurde daraus mit WILLMA ein verlässlicher, gut geführter Concierge, der auf unser gesamtes Wissen und unsere Partner zugreift und Gäste aktiv durch Angebote und Erlebnisse führt – spürbar besser für Gäste und deutlich entlastend für unser Team.

Am Anfang braucht es etwas Zeit und Disziplin, um Prozesse, Inhalte und Zuständigkeiten sauber zusammenzuführen – das ist kein „Plug-and-Play“. Diese Anfangsphase lohnt sich jedoch, weil genau daraus die Qualität und Verlässlichkeit des Concierges.

Mit WILLMA löse ich vor allem das Problem verteilter Informationen, unklarer Zuständigkeiten und wiederkehrender Standardanfragen. Unser Wissen, unsere Partner und unsere Angebote sind nicht mehr über viele Kanäle verstreut, sondern gebündelt und für Gäste, Anwohner und Mitarbeitende einheitlich nutzbar.
