What did you like?

CRM und Marketing in einem Tool. Schnittstelle zu Bisnode, daher alle Firmen immer aktuell verfügbar, sehr gutes Leadmanagement inkl. Offertwesen

What did you not like?

Ausrichtung nur auf Bisnode als Referenz für B2B Adressen. Ohne Bisnode ist die Eingabe Pflege von Adressen aufwendig.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Den Leadprozess mit Grosskunden mit vielen Ansprechpartnern managen ist einfach uns effizient. Die Kundenkommunikation mit bestehenden Kunden über die Marketing Automatisierung ist gut integriert. Easy Onboarding auf EU-Cloudlösung bringt schnelle Effizienz.

What did you like?

Gut in Upsales ist die Aufgaben-Verfolgung bei den Prospects. Selbst bei vielen Kunden in der Pipeline kann ich die Gesprächsnotizen gut nachverfolgen. Auch die von anderen Team-Mitgliedern. Kunden-Duplikate werden gut verhindert beim Anlegen neuer Kunden.

What did you not like?

Die Reports die man ziehen kann sind teilweise nur wenig aussagekräftig. Jedes CRM und Sales-Tool ist natürlich nur so gut wie man sie auch pflegt. Allerdings haben die Sales Reports in meiner Erfahrung teilweise einen falsches Bild der Realität gezeigt. Auch die Verknüpfung mit Outlook und dem Outlook Kalender hat oft wenig oder gar nicht funktioniert.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Upsales wurde von mir hauptsächlich zur (Kalt-) Aquise benutzt. Und als Reporting Tool was Verkaufserfolge bzw. Anzahl an Kundenmeetings betrifft. Der Aufgabenverlauf bei den einzelnen Kunden ist gut dokumentiert.
