Selligent describes the Selligent Marketing Cloud as a B2C platform for marketing automation. The software is designed to allow marketers to engage with their existing customers in a personalized and automated way, whether on their own website, via email, on mobile (SMS, push messages and in-app messages), social (targeting existing customers on major social networks) and print (mailings or other printed materials). The basis for this is their own Customer Data Platform. The usage fees depend on the size of the database. Selligent originates from Belgium and, according to their statements, has ten branches in the USA and Europe.
