They are very quick to reply to emails. They are good at troubleshooting problems. They are on top of things and know what is going live when.
What did you not like?
Sometimes it is a bit slow when receiving back real-time results but this is the only critique.

Wenn man sich eingefunden hat, ist es wirklich einfach zu handlen. Man muss kein intensives technisches Wissen mitbringen - mit ein bisschen mehr Insights kann man aber sehr viele Optionen nutzen.
What did you not like?
Ein intensives Onboarding ist stellenweise notwendig - dafür lohnt es sich wirklich einen Termin mit dem Team hinter ProCampaign zu vereinbaren.

Mit ProCampaign kann man konsistentes und ansprechendes E-Mail Marketing betreiben und erhält detaillierte Insights, um Kampagnen weiter zu optimieren.

What did you like?
The team are always very friendly, responsive & will work collaboratively to problem solve any issues. They are helpful in suggesting what can & can't work in the planform.
What did you not like?
I sometimes wish there was more flexibility in what we can do with the email templates, it often feels quite restrictive. We also sometimes need to go through a few rounds of amends to get all feedback actioned.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Being able to target specific audience segments & personalise content accordingly. This personalised targeting of email content has produced some really strong open & click-through rates,

What did you like?
The team always understand the requirements within a project and are always reliable. The team are also very responsive.
What did you not like?
The only issue I've had recently is when dealing with UK & IE data, where I've received 2 separate data sets, but the IE data has still been included in the UK dataset, which can be quite confusing sometimes.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I haven't had any instances of solving problems together recently, but thankfully my projects with ProCampaign usually run smoothly.

What did you like?
Strong GDPR compliance that provides robust tools for consent management, ensuring personal data is collected, stored, and processed according to strict privacy regulations; flexible data segmentation and comprehensive automation features.
What did you not like?
As a developer, I'd like to have a dashboard where I can check in realtime the integration (data sent) and also a debug console. When an error occurs with the API, the returning error description's not always helpful, or it doesn't return an error but the data is not stored.

-the DCS documentation is clear and well-organized for those already familiar with the system, but it could be more approachable for newcomers—especially around API transactions, where a few step-by-step examples or more detailed walkthroughs would make a big difference

What did you like?
ProCampaign’s seamless integration saved us valuable development time and reduced the risk of errors during deployment. Whenever we had questions or needed adjustments, their support team was quick to understand the issue and provide a solution. Knowing that customer data, especially private and sensitive information, is managed with a high level of security and GDPR compliance gives us full confidence in the platform.
