What did you like?
Die App bietet einem die Möglichkeit sämtliche Kundenkarten und Loyalty Programme in einer App zu bündeln, dass heißt man kann muss bei der Bezahlung nur noch sein Smartphone dabei haben, um als Kunde seine Punkte zu bekommen. Bietet Vorteile für Unternehmen, die bis dato noch nicht über ein digitales Loyalty Programm verfügen beziehungsweise keine digitale Kundenkarte ausgegeben haben.
What did you not like?
Die Bekanntheit und Akzeptanz ist noch nicht sehr hoch. Es sollte noch im Marketingbereich investiert und die Bekanntheit ausgebaut werden. Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen sind aus meiner Sicht etwas unübersichtlich, sodass nicht ganz klar ist, ob die erhobenen Einkaufsdaten nochmal von der Wallet mit gesammelt und getrackt werden. Habe noch keine Erfahrung gesammelt, wie es sich verhält wenn man über sein Kundenbindungsprogramm häufig Sonderaktionen und Rabatte anbieten möchte, ob das dann auch alles in der Wallet App klappt.

Es lassen sich auf jeden Fall Synergien feststellen, da der Kunde nicht mehr 3 bis 5 Plastikkarten mit sich rumtragen muss, sondern alle Bonusprogramme in einer Wallet App gebündelt hat. Gegebenenfalls kann man überlegen, ob die Ausgabe einer Plastikkarte dann überhaupt noch notwendig ist oder ob man rein auf den digitalen Inhalt setzen kann und möchte.
