Hotjar Surveys is a survey software that assists companies in analyzing customer behavior on their website and collecting feedback. Via a real-time suggestion box on their own website, direct feedback can be obtained. Additionally, a heatmap visually depicts how users navigate around the website and which links or buttons they click on. Live replays of users on the website help with behavior analysis. The tool can be trial tested for 15 days for free. Afterwards, it is available in three packages, starting from €31 per month.
