What did you like?

Was mir gut gefällt: Ich kann einfach starten und schnell skalieren. Kurse anlegen, Zielgruppen zuweisen und Erinnerungen automatisieren geht wirklich leicht von der Hand. Mitarbeitende finden Inhalte schnell – mobil wie am Desktop. Am hilfreichsten sind für mich die KPI‑Übersichten: Sie zeigen den Lernfortschritt transparent und machen die Planung spürbar einfacher.

What did you not like?

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Aktuell fallen mir keine Punkte ein, die mich stören. Es ist verständlich und normal, dass man sich zunächst ins System einarbeitet – und dann merkt man schnell, wie einfach und zügig alles geht. Sollte mir im Alltag noch etwas auffallen, ergänze ich mein Review entsprechend.

Mit reboot:HR bekomme ich Weiterbildung schnell und strukturiert in den Alltag: Kurse sind zentral abgelegt, leicht auffindbar und Zielgruppen lassen sich sauber steuern. Compliance- und Pflichttrainings laufen verlässlich durch Erinnerungen und Fristen, ohne dass ich manuell nachhalten muss. Gleichzeitig habe ich Transparenz im Lernfortschritt und sehe auf einen Blick, wer wo steht und wo wir nachsteuern sollten. Insgesamt habe ich spürbar weniger Admin-Aufwand, weil Prozesse wie Zuordnung, Zertifikate und Reporting deutlich schlanker sind.
