What did you like?
Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the platform for several reasons:
• It’s easy to use and to build the questions
• I can get an overview of the responses while the survey is still collecting data directly on the Survio responses tab, and I get notified of new responses on selected surveys
• I can export the responses in different formats, which helps a lot with processing the data
• I can easily clone entire surveys when I need to run a new round of a study I’ve already done
• I can test my survey using a dedicated link, which doesn’t interfere with my actual data
• I can redirect respondents to my website after completion, or even embed the survey on my site so they can respond right there
What did you not like?
Some points I believe could still be improved include:
• The ability to save certain question blocks as templates, so I can reuse them in different surveys without having to recreate the same questions every time. This would be especially useful for demographic or profiling questions, which appear in almost all my surveys.
• The display of some question types during the response process could be improved, especially matrix-format questions. This is particularly noticeable when respondents are using mobile devices.
• I also miss having a shareable link I could send to clients or other stakeholders involved in the same survey, so they can monitor the number of responses in real time. This is something I often have to report manually, and such a feature would give them more autonomy.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Survio helps me gain autonomy to create my own surveys without needing an intermediary or external provider.
In addition, the pay-per-response model gives me the flexibility to run multiple surveys at the same time, while maintaining better cost predictability compared to hiring a developer who would charge per project.
Finally, even though there are free platforms available on the market, I believe Survio allows me to present my surveys in a more professional way — with features like adding my logo, customizing the design with my brand’s colors, and creating a personalized response link.
Overall, I see the platform’s cost-benefit ratio as a major advantage.

What did you like?
Durch die designten und bereitgestellten Vorlagen, kann mit Survio ein Umfrage mit einem eigen erstellten Fragenbogen online durchgeführt werden. Dabei hat mir am besten gefallen, dass man unter verschiedenen Arten von Fragentypen auswählen konnte. Beispielsweise ein Fragetyp mit definierter Antwortskala 1-10 oder freie Fragen. Die Ergebnisse der Umfrage werden anschliessend in einem Bericht zusammengefasst und dem Nutzer bereitgestellt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Tool und werde es weiter verwenden. Die Erstellung eines Fragebogens/Umfrage wird durch verschiedene Leitfäden unterstützt und kann über ein individuelles Dashboard verwaltet werden. Somit hat man jederzeit Zugriff auf all seine Umfrage, kann diese bearbeiten, löschen oder erneut verwenden. Durch die vorgegeben Themenblöcke können Umfragen einfach und schnell durch vorentworfene Vorlagen erstellt werden.
What did you not like?
In der Testversion können nicht alle Funktionen wie z.B. der Export in eine Excel-Datei getestet werden. Somit muss zur Freischaltung bestimmter Funktionen und Features ein teureres Abomodell gewählt werden. Jedoch ist für unsere Anforderung das Tool LITE ausreichend.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Um schnelle Umfragen innerhalb des Unternehmens durchzuführen. Hierbei wurden beispielsweise Ausflusgziele, Essensvorschläge oder die generelle Meinung/Stimmung abgefragt. Einfach und schnell anzuwenden und die Ergebnisse direkt aufs Handy. Über einen einfachen Link oder sogar einen QR-Code können die Befragten zur Teilnahme eingeladen werden. Nachdem die Befragten ihre Antworten abgegeben haben, bietet Survio sehr schöne und nützliche Tools zur Analyse der Ergebnisse. Somit vereinfacht das Tool den aufwändigen und persönlichen Umfrageprozess und wird bei uns immer gern eingesetzt!
