What is SnatchBot?
SnatchBot's tools support the entire lifecycle of a bot on their Omni-Channel platform, from development and testing to deployment, publishing, hosting, tracking and monitoring, including NLP, ML, and voice recognition. The platform offers robust management features, enterprise-level scalable security, and complies with all legal regulations. Users can create an automated (bot) or a human (human hybrid) chatbot. Additionally, conversations can be designed to use "Simple" or "Multiple Choice", or something more complex like action buttons, translations, payment receipts, sending receipts, and more. SnatchBot is available for free as well as in a PRO plan. A PRO plan pricing tier is automatically selected based on the number of messages that the bot has exchanged each month. The PRO plan starts from 30 USD per bot per month.
