The ecm:one Contract Management assists companies in reading contracts and automatically being reminded of deadlines.

The intelligent detection mask captures all relevant information from contracts and deadlines, through external and internal contract partners, to the contract subject. The automatic classification into file structures and the addition of keywords allows contracts to be located in their own d.velop documents. It also includes automatic deadline calculations and reminder functions. With the share function of a contract, it can also be sent to external contract participants.

Pricing for ecm:one Contract Management starts from 50 € per month, which includes 50 active contracts, such as the AI-based contract detection, deadline workflow, deadline calculation and integration into d.velop documents. For more than 50 active contracts, there are further staggered prices (From 100 contracts, 90 cents per contract ...). Moreover, a d.velop documents' business license is required.
