Aktenplatz is a process automation tool that organizes and structures work for mid-sized companies in all industries. Processes and filing are the basic building blocks for organizing work in Aktenplatz. Every process can be equipped with checklists, due dates, attachments, and much more. From here, for example, tasks can be assigned, appointments and contacts can be designated, and documents can be signed. The tool offers the management and tracking of numerous work steps at a central location. Thanks to the versatile interfaces, everything is interconnected, from the SAP system to the Microsoft 365 cloud. E mails können direkt zur Akte sortiert werden. Dokumente können direkt zur Akte sortiert werden. Akte öffnen und alle wichtige Infos vorhanden. Keine Suche nach Dokumenten und Emails.

What did you not like?

Wünsche mir ein Pop Up Hinweis (PC/Smartphone) , wenn Dokumente oder Emails einer bestimmten Akte eingetroffen sind.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

perfekte Orga am Arbeitsplatz, Zeitersparnis ( kein Suchen mehr )! Schnelles Auffinden der richtigen Akten.

Alle organisatorischen Aufgaben, die nicht direkt mit Patienten zu tun haben werden in Aktenplatz abgearbeitet. Der Briefverkehr wird digitalisiert und dann abgelegt. Gut ist die intuitive Bedienung und vielseitigen Einstellungs-Möglichkeiten.

What did you not like?

Derzeit sehe ich keine Nachteile. Änderungswünsche werden zeitnah vom Hersteller umgesetzt.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Langes Blättern in Akten auf der Suche nach bestimmten Vorgängen fällt weg, die Volltext Suche kann auch Inhalte von Dokumenten suchen. Durch das Aufgaben-Management können wir Aufgaben gut an unsere Mitarbeiter weitergeben. E-Mails werden Vorgängen zugeordnet und sind damit für alle meine Mitarbeiter sichtbar.
