What did you like?

1CRM hat ein sehr intuitives User-Interface und ist damit auf jeden Fall sehr Nutzerfreundlich. Davon abgesehen hat es natürlich auch super Features zum Verwalten von Kundendaten. Follow-up tasks etc können einfach eingestellt und verfolgt werden.

What did you not like?

Manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Updates die geshipt werden nicht 100% fertiggetestet sind. Davon abgesehen passt aber alles gut.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Wir waren in der Lage mehrere Tools durch 1CRM zu ersetzen, das spart Zeit und Mühe. Davon abgesehen nutzen wir es für unsere Sales Prozesse, follow up Aufgaben usw.
