What did you like?
Whova ist eine App, zu welcher man bei entsprechenden Whova-Kunden als Event-Gast Zugang erhält. Sie beinhaltet eine Menge an Informationen und Funktionen: Eventinformatione, persönlicher Login für Firmeninformationen, Networking-Bereich, Lead Generation Tool, virtuelles Fairing, Display Ad-Möglichkeiten, etc. An sich eine gute Plattformidee.
What did you not like?
Die App ist viel zu umfangreich. Man bedenke, dass man als Messeaussteller diese bestenfalls einmalig nutzt, und da müssen von Anfang an die eher wichtigen Informationen und Funktionen ersichtlich sein wie zum Beispiel der persönliche digitale Badge, wichtige Angaben für Messeaussteller (Fristen, Obligationen, Upgrades, etc.) oder Lead Scanner. Leider führt diese Über-Featuring zu einer nicht optimalen Kundenerfahrung.

Sicherlich interessant für Messeaussteller bei der Generierung von Leads, dem Knüpfen von Kontakten mit Partnern oder dem Platzieren von digitaler Werbung.
