What did you like?

- das programm ist ziemlich einfach zu nutzen und weitestgehend selbsterklärend - es ist quasi out of the box nutzbar und sofort startbereit - der support ist hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen

What did you not like?

Das Programm ist wie so oft leider nur als Abo zu bekommen, nicht mit Einmalzahlung als Dauernutzung möglich. Ist aber bezahlbar und daher auch in ordnung.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Mit der remote anwendung können wir bei unseren kund*innen schneller und einfacher probleme lösen. so fällt unnötig verschwendete zeit weg, in der wir den kund*innen erklären, wo welche features bei welchem programm zu finden sind. so können wir es selbst machen/einstellen etc und die kund*in kann zusehen und für die zukunft davon lernen.
