What did you like?
The DAM is easy to use and highly customizable; this flexibility allows more control for both admins and users. They are also really engaged with customer needs and are ready to implement features to suit customer needs.
What did you not like?
The library load time is quite long, but this has improved recently - could still be better.

What did you like?
We use Scaleflex to share marketing and sales material with external audiences. It's useful because: 1) It gives us a quick way to share material from our own site 2) we can track our users' activity easily 3) the UI is easy enough to allow anyone to add and manage content
What did you not like?
There are some gaps in the UI to work around. For example, it is not simple to replace content with newer versions. I also have a minor bug around logging in that means I need to use a specific sign-up link to access the platform, although I have been a user for quite a while.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We were previously dependent on a private server to manage content. That was very hard to manage for non-technical people, but Scaleflex is extremely simple by comparison. It is also very affordable compared with the other solutions we looked at. It is super simple to search in Scaleflex as content can be tagged in a large number of ways, so nothing ever gets lost.

What did you like?
Ein Highlight ist die dynamische Medienoptimierung von cloudimage: Bilder werden automatisch an verschiedene Geräte und Formate angepasst, ohne an Qualität zu verlieren. Dadurch verändert sich die Performance von Websiten spürbar, und die Ladezeiten sinken deutlich. Die Integrationen mit Tools wie CMS und Cloud-Speichern machen den Workflow extrem flüssig. Super war außerdem die kostenlose Testphase, um in das Tool zu schnuppern.
What did you not like?
Die Software richtet sich schon eher an größere Kunden, für kleine Agenturen oder Firmen lohnt es sich preislich leider nicht. Was ich auch etwas schwierig fand, ist, dass die Einarbeitung in die KI-gestützten Features wie automatische Bildanalyse etwas Zeit braucht. Aber gut, das Themengebiet ist eben ein wenig komplexer. Wer sichs leisten kann bekommt hier auf jeden Fall eine super All-in-one-Lösung.

Medieninhalte können hiermit übersichtlich organisieren werden und gleichzeitig die Ladezeiten von Websiten verbessert werden. Besonders die Filerobot DAM-Plattform hat überzeugt, da sie eine intuitive Oberfläche bietet, mit der Medien effizient verwaltet werden können und direkt im Team geteilt werden können. Die Möglichkeit, Dateien mit Metadaten und Tags zu versehen, erleichtert die Suche enorm.
