What is RSign?

RSign is an e-signature tool designed to optimize workflows and processes. The aim of electronic signatures is to make work with documents simpler and more efficient for companies. The goal is to avoid errors and incomplete documents. The functions of RSign include, for instance, automated checklists for users, automatic reminders to improve workflows, as well as the creation of document templates. To improve work processes, roles and time frames can be allocated to individual users, and documents can be tracked to avoid delays. RSign can be tested for free for 14 days. Afterwards, the tool offers three pricing models starting from €9.90 per user per month. In addition, individual pricing can be arranged according to the needs of the company.
