What did you like?
What really stands out for me is how MoreThanDigital Insights brings credibility and trust into the consulting process. Clients don’t just have to “take your word for it” anymore—this platform gives you access to real, data-backed benchmarks across all key business areas. Whether I’m helping a startup or a mature business, I can show them where they stand, how they compare to industry norms, and what the data says about where to go next. That shifts the conversation from opinions to facts, and it builds instant trust.
I also appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. Even with all the depth and complexity of data, it never feels overwhelming. Plus, it's based on global standards, so you're not stuck with biased or hyper-localized datasets
What did you not like?
The only friction point I’ve encountered is that some clients need a bit of hand-holding to understand the full value of the insights. The dashboards are powerful, but depending on the client’s data literacy, I sometimes need to walk them through it. I’d love to see even more visual storytelling tools or client-facing explainers to make that part smoother.

What did you like?
Am besten finde ich die intuitive Bedienung. Klar, man braucht kurz zum reinkommen, aber ich finde es gut gemacht. Außerdem ist die Fülle der Kennzahlen, die man auswerten kann, überraschend groß.
What did you not like?
Es gibt in der Releaseversion April 25 noch ein paar kleinere Bugs, aber das Insights Team kümmert sich schnell um das bugfixing. Habe ich bei anderen Softwaretools auch erlebt und meiner Erfahrung nach wird es schnell sehr gut.

Ich nutze es in Beratungsprojekten, bei dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmen. Das Tool ist als Benchmarking Tool und zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen Klasse geeignet.

My ability to parse any aspect of the organization and isolate it to diagnose a problem allows me to systematically identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of concern. By breaking down complex organizational structures into their constituent parts, I can pinpoint specific issues without being overwhelmed by the entirety of the system. This methodical approach enables me to develop targeted solutions rather than applying broad fixes that may not address the root causes of problems. Through careful isolation and analysis, I can determine which organizational elements are functioning optimally and which require intervention, ultimately leading to more effective problem-solving and organizational improvement.
What did you not like?
More data is needed to create optimum recommendations because comprehensive analysis requires sufficient information to identify patterns, trends, and root causes. Without adequate data, recommendations may be based on incomplete understanding or assumptions, leading to suboptimal solutions. Quality data provides the necessary foundation for evidence-based decision making, allowing for more accurate forecasting and risk assessment. Additional metrics across key performance indicators would enable deeper insights into operational efficiency, customer behavior, and market dynamics. Furthermore, comparative historical data would establish baselines and reveal long-term trends that might not be apparent from limited snapshots. Ultimately, the reliability and effectiveness of strategic recommendations directly correlates with the breadth, depth, and quality of the underlying data used to formulate them.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
The main focus right now is on growth... Isolation diagnosis is primordial for that.
