What did you like?
Zoho Analytics bietet eine für Einsteiger recht verständliche und einfache Handhabe. Durch die große Zoho Suite kann nativ auf alle angrenzenden Datenströme zugegriffen werden. Durch Zoho Connect können externe Datenströme wie Google Analytics eingebunden werden. Zoho Analytics bietet dabei visuell ansehlich aufbereitete Ergebnisse und weist dank dem drag-and-drop System besonders für Analytics-fremde Nutzer eine gute Grundlage für Ergebnisse.
What did you not like?
So nutzerfreundlich und einfach das User Interface und die visuellen Elemente umzusetzen sind, geht es hier aber auf Kosten der Datenaufbereitung. Eingebundene Datenströme können miteinander verbunden werden, aber die Datenaufbereitung und Manipulation ist selbst kaum bis garnicht umzusetzen.

Dank Zoho Analytics können einfache Lead-Funnel-Betrachtungen erstellt werden und für einen Gesamtüberblick genutzt werden. Für externe Interessenten an Daten ist Zoho Analytics ein gutes Tool um eine einfachere Übersicht zu erstellen, die dabei visuell noch etwas her macht.

What did you like?
I like how intuitive the software is, allows us to easily visualize the logical data model and easily add or eliminate data sources. It allows us to create specific ideas and analysis based on them. I also like that, we can analyze and customize the data flow route and upload a large amount of data to the system with a single upload.
What did you not like?
This platform has excellent features and strengths. I especially enjoyed its ease of use, even a beginner can use it without issues. However, I would love to see improvements to the list of visual templates to use, thats the only thing I didn't like.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It's widely used to centralize our sales and operations KPIs by integrating data from our CRM and inventory system. Now everything works seamlessly, offering significant benefits to business users, such as reduced manual reporting and fast decision making, thanks to real-time visualization.
