What did you like?
Hoshii nimmt genau dort Druck raus.
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What I like most about Hoshii is its focus on automating repetitive business processes with AI agents. It can reduce manual tasks and make everyday workflows more efficient, which lets me spend more time on higher-value activities.
What did you not like?
What I dislike is that AI-based automation still requires setup and human oversight. I hope this will be minimised in the future.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Hoshii helps solve repetitive, time-consuming business tasks by automating parts of everyday workflows. The main benefit is increased efficiency.

What did you like?
I recently had Hoshii presented to me and was impressed by how well thought-out the product is. The idea of consolidating shared and personal inboxes into one interface, with automatic triage and AI-drafted replies that stay human-in-the-loop, addresses a real pain point for operations teams dealing with high email volumes.
What stood out to me in particular is the range of integrations with existing systems and the option to use AI models without internal data leaving the company. Coming from an IT infrastructure background, I consider data control a key requirement, and it is good to see it taken seriously.
The team came across as competent and approachable, and the product seems to be evolving quickly. I will definitely consider Hoshii for upcoming projects where email-driven processes and workflow automation play a role.
What did you not like?
Based on the product presentation I have seen so far, I honestly have nothing to criticize at this point.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Automated triage of incoming emails
Streamlined email-driven workflows
Integration with existing systems
Data stays within the company

What did you like?
Hoshii keeps things simple and practical. It feels like the product is built around real problems rather than adding features just for the sake of it. The overall approach is straightforward, modern and easy to understand.
What did you not like?
nothing! I think there's still potential, but I also realize that the company is still young
Which problems are you solving with the product?
In different situations Hoshii helps to collect information, check what is missing and decide who needs to act on it - very convenient. This is especially important in complex sales situations involving various stakeholders.

What did you like?
Hoshii has significantly improved the way our teams handle incoming customer communications. The platform can analyse emails, understand the customer's intent, retrieve relevant information from connected business systems and generate high-quality response drafts within seconds.
Before implementing Hoshii, our customer service team spent a considerable amount of time searching through ERP and CRM systems to gather information required for answering routine inquiries. Today, much of that work is automated, allowing employees to focus on more complex customer interactions.
We were particularly impressed by the accuracy of the email classification capabilities. Hoshii reliably identifies different types of requests, such as order status inquiries, product information requests, complaints or pricing questions and initiates the appropriate workflow.
What did you not like?
The initial setup requires some effort, especially when integrating multiple internal systems and defining company-specific workflows. Like any AI solution, there is also a learning phase during which the models benefit from feedback and optimisation.
In highly specialised cases that require expert judgment, human review remains necessary. However, this is expected and does not diminish the overall value of the solution.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Our organization receives a large number of repetitive customer inquiries every day. Hoshii helps us automate a significant portion of the information gathering and response creation process.
As a result, we have been able to reduce response times, improve consistency across customer communications and increase overall team productivity without expanding headcount.

What did you like?
Me and the them get swamped with emails by multiple stakeholders and requests everyday. Hoshii reads my inbox and triages out the not important stuff. When I open gmail in the morning, I have a better overview on what needs to get done. This reduces my stress level.
What did you not like?
Currently the agentic skills are limited to 3-5. I hope there will be more in the future.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Obviously the email overload, and getting information out of the CRM. I have a lot of context switches during the day, and I lose a lot of time looking into a client conversation and getting up to date. We also struggled to find measurable agentic-to-system flows. With Hoshii, I spend less time searching for information and switching between tools, and more time actually getting things done.

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
As a café owner, I’m constantly switching between customers, staff, suppliers and admin. Hoshii helps me keep the inbox under control without having to sit at a laptop all day. It sorts incoming emails and gives me answer drafts, which is especially useful for supplier questions, event requests and general inquiries
What did you not like?
I’d love to see more ready-made agents for small hospitality businesses. There are a lot of recurring tasks in a café that could probably be automated even further.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Mostly staying on top of communication while actually running the café. Before, emails would pile up until I had a quiet moment. Now I can see what needs attention quickly and get replies out much faster.

What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?
