What did you like?
comprehensive customer service, the ability to edit documents by authorized persons, lack of editability for people who do not have administrator rights, which allows you to avoid accidental mistakes

there are graphical changes, changes in the location of some functions, which may cause slight discomfort in use.

Firmao allows you to use, view and some kind of control over the work of the entire company.

What did you like?
Ein umfangreiches CRM das man flexibel, durch die Möglichkeit einzelner Teile in
der Administration abzuwählen anpassen kann. So kann man das sehr umfangreiche
CRM einfach auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse verschlanken.
Die Administration dauert etwas, lässt sich aber bewältigen. Die Bedienung ist auch
bei komplexeren Produkten übersichtlich.
What did you not like?
Mir fehlen definitiv Marketingfunktionen, da finden ich ist noch
Verbesserungspotential. Die autofill Funktion stört mich persönlich. Im ganze wirkt es
etwas "alt" und könnte etwas moderner daherkommen.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Firmao bietet eine gute die Möglichkeit Rechnungen zu schreiben /verwalten.Dazu lassen sich
individuelle komplizierte Produkte gut abbilden für mich ein großer Vorteil.

What did you like?
Einzelne Module sind in der Administration abwählbar. So ist man in der Lage ein sehr schlankes System schnell zu bekommen. Die Administration ist umfangreich aber sehr verständlich und einfach aufgebaut.Die ERP Funktionalitäten sind ebenfalls umfangreich und z.B. komplexere Produkte können gut angelegt werden
What did you not like?
UX und Optik wirkt ein wenig altbacken. Einige gut gemeinte Funktionen wie z.B. auto fill in bei E-Mail und Übertragung zu Namen nerven und müssen manuell deaktiviert werden. Wenige bis keine Marketingfunktionen wie z.B. Integrierbare Formulare, Mailings etc. Schwerpunkt ist auf Verwaltung nicht Marketing/Vertrieb.

Produktanlage und Verwaltung. Mit Firmao können selbst komplexe hoch individuelle Produkte abgebildet werden. Auch gut geeignet um Rechnungen zu schreiben.
