What did you like?
ClickMeeting is very easy to use, and offers a lot of different presenting options. We chose ClickMeeting because it allows recording of video conferences and meetings in a very high quality, so they can be rewatched again. The thing we find very useful is that you can easily adjust how participants can or can't interact. It is also possible to choose whether you want to show or hide participants' names with is especially good for the GDPR purposes.
What did you not like?
Sadly, not all of the features are available for free. It would be nice to heave unlimited number of participants.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We found the great platform for multiple needs, both webinars, video conferences, internal meetings and rest. It is very easy to give different roles to participants and presenters and it is easy to control them and choose how much we want to not want to be engaged.

What did you like?
Uns gefällt am besten die Benutzerfreundlichkeit sowie die intuitive Bedienbarkeit der Plattform. Sehr gut gefällt uns auch das neue, nochmals optimierte Whiteboard, das in unserem Online-Unterricht mit vielen praktischen Funktionen die Kollaboration mit den Kursteilnehmern optimal unterstützt. In unseren Webinaren arbeiten wir auch sehr gerne mit dem Umfragetool, das sich gegenüber anderen vergleichbaren Lösungen durch ein besonders ansprechendes Design auszeichnet.
What did you not like?
Wir arbeiten seit ca. 10 Jahren mit ClickMeeting. Natürlich gab es da hin und wieder auch mal technische Störungen oder funktionale Schwächen. Jedoch wurden diese stets zügig behoben. Aktuell gibt es nichts Relevantes, das wir an dieser Stelle kritisieren könnten.

Wir sind eine Online Sprachschule und führen unseren gesamten Unterricht auf der Plattform durch. Neben der bereits erwähnten intuitiven Bedienung schätzen wir auch die Möglichkeit zur Vorab-Einrichtung der Webinarräume sowie die vielen verfügbaren Tools im Webinarraum.

Es gibt eine kostenlose Testversion für 30 Tage, um das Tool auszuprobieren. Diese beinhaltet sämtliche Funktionen sowie Automatisierungswerkzeuge und Integrationen. Insgesamt bietet Clickmeeting allerdings nur eine sehr überschaubare Plattform, die sehr einfach zu nutzen ist, aber kein Vergleich zu anderem größerem Tool darstellt. Dennoch ist vor allem der attraktive Preis ein ausschlaggebendes Argument für die Nutzung. Insgesamt ist das Tool für Unternehmen, die anfangen Webinare zu halten, eine gute Lösung.

Leider oftmals sehr viele Audioprobleme und auch Videoprobleme bei gehosteten Webinaren. Ständig geht der Ton und das Videobild verloren. Dies wurde im Laufe der Zeit besser und jetzt kommen diese Probleme nur noch recht selten vor, aber ganz verschwunden sind sie noch nicht. Auch gab es oft Probleme bei PowerPoint-Präsentation für die Webinare, wenn man diese hochlädt. Bilder sind unscharf und die Animationen funktionieren nicht.

Besonders stark ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis von ClickMeeting. Das Tool ist preiswerter als viele seiner namhaften Wettbewerber und bietet trotzdem eine sehr stabile Plattform mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Mit ClickMeeting können Webinare und Meetings schnell, einfach und flexibel aufgesetzt werden. Es gibt einen sehr großen Funktionsumfang von Whiteboards, Videostreaming, Screen-Sharing, Q&A Modus, Breakout-Räumen und vielem mehr. So können alle Webinare immer individuell auf den Anlass angepasst werden. Zudem ist es möglich Seiten zur Registrierung zu erstellen und inhaltlich anzupassen, um auch dort immer die wichtigen Informationen zu erfragen.
What did you not like?
Das Design der im Tool generierten Mails und der Webinarräume ist bisher leider nur begrenzt möglich und entspricht teilweise noch nicht unseren Wünschen. Zudem sind die Möglichkeiten was die Mehrsprachigkeit der Webinare angeht begrenzt. Wir haben bisher keine Lösung gefunden, um Registrierungsseiten international zu gestalten und beispielsweise auf unterschiedlichen Sprachen zu veröffentlichen.

Mit ClickMeeting setzen wir alle unsere öffentlichen Webinare um. Wir legen Webinarräume an, erstellen Registrierungsseiten, führen die Sessions durch und zeichnen sie parallel auf. Zudem nutzen wir die angebotenen Reportings, um unsere Webinare zu analysieren und inhaltlich zu optimieren. All diese Arbeitsschritte sind mit ClickMeeting einfach und intuitiv durchzuführen.

Das Tool ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, ohne viel schnick schnack. Webinare lassen sich nach einem bestimmten Schema anlegen, Registrierte User erhalten alle Infos konsolidiert per Mail. Alles DSGVO konform.
What did you not like?
In der Flexibilität kommt ClickMeeting teilweise an seine Grenzen. Z.B. wenn man eine Maximale Uahl an Teilnehmenden angeben will, muss dies über ein Passwort laufen statt first come first serve. Will man mehr als 2 Speaker in einem Event haben, muss man den Tarif aufstocken - das ist auf monatlicher Basis möglich und kann dann auch wieder gekündigt werden.

Lead-Generierung mit Hilfe von Webinaren - die Daten werden dabei DSGVO-konform erfasst. Das Gute ist: Clickmeeting sendet entsprechende Reminder und Nachfassmails an die Participants, die No-Show-Rate ist damit deutlich gesunken, auch bei kostenfeien Webinaren. Die Events werden jeweils aufgezeichnet und direkt auf YouTube hochgeladen. Das ist sehr praktisch.

Steht etablierter Software wie GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar oder Webex in nur wenig nach bei einem viel günstigeren Preis. Perfekt um Meetings und auch gerade Webinare abzuhalten. Schöne intuitive Bedienung, man ist schnell drin.
What did you not like?
Wir nutzen die Software jetzt seit knapp einem Jahr und am Anfang gab es einige Hickups, was aber sicherlich mit einer sprunghaft gestiegenen Nutzung durch Corona einher ging. Limitierte Funktionen beim Branding und einige Specials fehlen, dass z.B. Registrierungsdaten bei mehreren Anmeldungen gemerkt werden.

Durchführung von Webinaren/offenen Runden, auch mit Externen. Aufgrund der simplen Oberfläche können auch Externe gut Hosts sein.
