What is CleverMatch?

With CleverMatch's applicant management system, users can centrally organize the entire recruiting process, from the receipt of the application to the hiring of the team member. In addition to capturing all information and documents of an applicant, the tool also enables direct automated communication with them to create a so-called positive 'Candidate Experience'. Every department of a company can access CleverMatch, view the information and actively participate in the application process.
