Wir haben Capsule als CRM System genutzt. Capsule bietet Automatiserungen im Bereich E-Mail Marketing an. Das ist sehr hilfreich. Was auch gut ist, ist das Capsule schon viele E-Mail Vorlagen biette. Es ist aber auch möglich, eine eigene E-Mail zu erstellen und gestalten.
What did you not like?
Ich finde Capsule preislich überteuert, da es weniger Funktionen anbietet, als die anderen Konkurrenten.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir konnten unser E-Mail Marketing mit Capsule ankurbeln. Dank der vielen vorgefertigten E-Mail Vorlagen, war es auch für mich einfach, ansprechende E-Mails zu gestalten.
